We did the overnight hike to Mount Sinai, St. Catherine’s Monastery. The excursion itself was fantastic, which any tour company can provide because It’s the Bedouins who take you through the journey, not the company tour guide. Our tour guide just handled the logistics. We chose this company because their site was professional and we received an immediate well structured response. However, we were disappointed to find out, as we were already on the trip that they falsely advertised on their website and in their email communication. They state breakfast is provided and that we will have an English speaking tour guide. This was not the case. Our tour guide told us breakfast was not included and he gave any bit of historical information most of the time in Russian. When I asked for the English, he said someone else would explain later. Like I said, the Mount Sinai excursion in itself is fantastic. The only negative aspect was that this company charged us for two services they didn’t provide.

A trip that will leave us with many different memories.. some sad some happy- a very different life indeed. Our wonderful guide,Saleh, made us feel very welcome and safe, always on time,always attentive ,always gentil and with a smile; well -informed, full of the Egyptian history to share with us.Taxi or small boat always on time to take us from one place to another. The “little Titanic ” style boat The Royal Princess” was beautiful with kind,attentive staff always happy. Only down point was the noise of the motor/generator, which continued all night and the way the boats moored , one stuck along side the next, meant we had no light into our room until we set sail again. But the gentil , relaxing music up on the deck top was a dream , as we watched the green gardens of the Nile go by in serenity. A very varied and full timetable, which meant we had to rush at times. Didnt appreciate the pony and trap ride at all-(at 5 in the morning )because of the speed,the noise, the terrified , skeletic ponies- complete stress for us. Adored the quiet boat rides across the the Nubian village/Bontanical gardens … A big thankyou again to Seleh- who we wont forget.

They did a fantastic job for us making everything so easy. Have to thank Wael who did the preliminary arrangement and on call when we were there. He is always there for us. Have a big thank you to our driver for 7 days Awad Mohammad - drove safely, professional, clean, on time and always available. Car was always clean. Drove us 8 hours straight from Siwa to Cairo perfectly. Best of all, very nice person. They were so good we book another 1 day tour in Cairo. Wael arrange tickets for GEM and gave us another great driver Mohamed Ismail and a great guide for GEM name Kerolos. So happy to have worked with them for our trip.

We had a fantastic private day trip to Luxor from Makadi Bay. Our driver, Ismael, was not only kind, friendly, and professional but also shared interesting information along the way, making the journey even more enjoyable. He waited for us patiently at each stop and ensured we returned safely - the trip would not have been the same without him! Our tour guide Mustafa, was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of fascinating insights at each site, bringing the history of Luxor to life. The tour was well-organised, and we never felt rushed. A pleasant addition to the experience was the lovely lunch with great views, giving us a chance to relax and take in the surroundings. Overall, it was a well-planned and memorable trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We spend for days on a Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Our guide through this time was Ahmedmajid. He is amazing guide. He was waiting as at the railways station, and he was with us on all the tours we had. He took care of us, like a family. His knowledge about Egipt ancient history and places we have visited is huge. We learned a lot about amazing places we have visited each day thanks to him. He was also kind, smiling and patient when we stopped to buy something and for my nephew who is still talking. Thank you for the trip, which we generally remember very well, despite the fact that, contrary to the arrangements, we received a car that was not suitable for a wheelchair user (a minivan with three steps that a disabled person could not overcome). However, the situation was saved by our driver Mohamed, who repeatedly carried my husband from the car seat to the ground and back, sometimes even alone, even though my husband weighs about 90 kilograms. He turned out to be an extremely helpful, empathetic person who was very understanding of our needs. I cannot imagine a trip without his full commitment and help, for which we thank him once again from the bottom of our hearts!

An expertly arranged day trip from Hurgada is o help us get the best out of a short trip to Cairo. We saw the highlights we wanted to in just enough depth and had the benefit of a super tour guide Samy (very knowledgeable and flexible) and excellent driver Mohamed (Fox). Highly recommended.

We were a group of 6, family and friends, targeting a highly customized experience, including Cairo,Alexandria and desert area. I delivered the list of interest points and time available and Amal from Marsa Alam managed to create a highly coesive plan that we finally covered 100%. It included among others Alexandria (Kom el Shokafa, Qaitbai citadel and others), Saqqara, Dashur, Memphis, Gizeh, Coptic and Islamic Cairo, with Manial Palace, Salladin Citadel, Sultan Hassan Madrasa, GEM, Egyptian Museum, Mosque Al Ahzar, Khan el Khalili market and many others. In Cairo we had a great guide - Adam that responded to our tons of questions and a very experienced driver - Mohammed "The Fox" that was able to sneak in the terrible traffic and move our group fast from objective to objective. The desert part was also amazing, covering Wadi Al Rayan, Wadi al Hitan (Valley of the Whales), Valley of Agabat, White Desert and Black Desert. I will also remark Ahmed and Mustafa - they were amazing safari drivers, great cooks and skillful singers, providing a great cultural and nature experience, day and night. Had a fantastic time. Guide was brilliant and as just 2 of us on the trip we were able to travel at speed on the Quads. Great thing to do first thing in the morning. Whole trip was well organised

I absolutely loved today's tour to the Bahariya Desert and was extremely impressed with our driver. He picked us up, ensured we arrived at our destination safely, and was diligent and careful throughout the journey. He also took great care of my wife when she was making purchases and stood guard to ensure her safety. Additionally, he safely transported us back to our hotel, completing an eight-hour commute while making sure we felt supported. With regatds to the actual tour: our guide was very informative, explaining the history and ensuring that we were comfortable and understood everything he was articulating. He welcomed any clarifying questions we had. The lunch was spectacular! We enjoyed home cooked meals in a traditional home, and the flavours and variety of food exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely day shared with my loved ones, and I'm deeply impressed by how well Marsa Alam facilitated the tour for me on such short notice.

We had a really great, intensive day in Giza and Cairo!:) Our Gauide Bassant turned out to be wonderful person with a huge knowledge, good attitude , beautifull energy and perfect planning. A lot of stunning photos were made by Bassant aswell!💚She knows the best spots for photoshots!:) Together with the driver we could move easily and safely to see Pyramids, National Musem and the City of Cairo. Restaurant offered us delicious food aswell! Transportation between the resort and the airport was also well organized! Everything went smoothly and with good standards! Everything beautiful beaches, mangroves, deserts and wild animals and we had a more wonderful local guide and watched the stars and dinner under the stars in the tranquility of the night was more than wonderful

A huge, busy, dirty, chaotic city but you can have everything if you have searched it before. Be careful but go and visit also other regions in Egypt

All looked promising with a small deposit taken until the afternoon before we were due to travel. Company then contacted us to say the trip was not possible the direct routes from Marsa Alam - Edfu and El Quesir-Qift are not accessible to tourists. Instead the route is via Safaga giving a total return driving time of 18 hours without any stops! It seems that this has been the situation for a long time so the trip should not have been offered. Quick refund made but hardly makes up for the disappointment.

We had an amazing time visiting Luxor! Mohamed, our driver, did a great job getting us everywhere safely. It is clear that it is not a good idea to drive there yourself. Mustafa, our guide, could answer on all my questions. He had a lot of information to give, which was really nice. Only downside is that the day is too short to take your time everywhere. We were away from our hotel for more than 17 hours and still the strip felt quite fast paced. I do recommend to take the optional sail trip and to visit Luxor temple, in my opinion, they are absolutely worth it! The grave of Toetanchamon was not that necessary for me. I think you can get the idea of the graves well enough with the other three graves you visit. The only thing we didn't do was visiting the albast factory. The while trip was just my partner and I, which made the whole experience a lot more personal.
