    What to Expect
Your private day trip begins with hotel pickup at 8:30am, when you’ll board an air-conditioned vehicle destined for the highlights of Tianjin. Your first stop is Porcelain House, a beautiful structure decorated with blue porcelain, white marble, and crystal stone.

Then, stroll around the manicured gardens of Jingyuan, characterized by their unique mix of Japanese and Spanish styles. Following Jingyuan, you’ll proceed to the Five Great Avenues, five wide boulevards studded with grand European-style structures.

Your final stop is Ancient Culture Street, the entrance to which is heralded by an impressive archway. Purchase artisan souvenirs — letting your guide assist with bargaining — and sample traditional Chinese snacks from vendors.

Conclude your private tour with hotel drop-off at around 2:30pm.

    Easy to use
It is very easy to book our tickets and easy to use via QR code. We had a great time in Beijing and impressed to save the world by using paperless.

    Quick visit on a layover
If you don’t frequent stairs often or unable to do more than a flight I suggest taking the cable car to the top. Took about 25min or stairs to get to a wall entrance. It’s also cash only entrance but atm is available. I visited on a 14hr layover and it was worth it. Such a beautiful sight to see

    Fun and educational
We prepared five delicious 😋 dishes. All came very tasty. We enjoyed the class and the experience and learned a lot about Chinese traditions and cooking techniques. The teachers talk fluent English and were very friendly. We highly recommend this cooking class. A fun morning in a relaxed atmosphere.

    Impressive and highly entertaining
This was a great show with traditional Chinese acrobatics, contortionists, and motorcycles in "globe of death." Lasts about 60 minutes, never a dull moment. Kids would love it also. Great value. Ordering tickets online worked perfect, and necessary since the show was sold out. Pick up the tickets at the box office to the right of the theater entrance. If you have the higher priced seats (worth it), you can cut to the front and enter through the VIP door and skip the crowds and tour groups. The theater itself is very worn and cramped. After the theater seats were filled, folding chairs were set up in the aisles!

Not a good tour with Kevin the guide
I'm a big TripAdvisor fan and contributor. But this tour booked as part of a package with cruisecouk was pretty bad. We were collected from sunworld hotel by coco. Supposed to leave at 7am, we left at 8am. Ming tombs was interesting. Good stop for an hour then we were took to lunch at 11.15am. The lunch was great. Nice clean restaurant and facilities. Then to jade shop next door. Again this was ok, had to wait around 1 hr while they hoped you purchased but pleasant enough. Then it all went bad.... whether our driver took the wrong way to badaling section of wall, we were stuck on the coach from 12.30pm to 4.30pm! All Kevin said for the whole 4 hours was golden week traffic! We were all dying for a toilet break. We had to pay for cable car, Kevin cane to collect cash off everyone up the bus but the cable car shuts at 5pm! We had no idea what was going on. We were hurried on the funicular that also was closing soon. Coco appeared, we wondered where her group was. It appears she was waiting for us to arrive as her group had plenty of time on wall. No narrative about the wall at all. So by the time we got up there it was 20 mins time on wall. Not what I had flown half way across the world for! Just an hour would have been fine. Kevin said we were going for the herbal tea stop but literally there was a UK revolt and we had to say that if he took us there we would refuse to get off the bus. We were dropped off for sunworld somewhere totally different by Kevin and driver to pick up place. It was only when he drove off we realised and we stuck together as a group, so we found our way back. It was 8.30pm when we got dropped off. The worst tour ever we've done! And can't get that time back and felt so disappointed with my 20 mins walk experience. Avoid. Even if your tour operator includes this. Book your own.

    Amazing performance
The performance must of changed over time as old reviews detail that the performance is in mandarin with subtitles for the english but now the performance is entirely in english - a top notch performance from the monks - while the story itself is easy to pick up before the conclusion The skills shown were amazing.

    Audio tape visit
The audiotapes did not have enough target points as we wanted. Without the tapes, it would have just been empty structures. Also no western toilets on site.

    Great visit
This was a great tour. With it being national holiday week. Times went very wrong. And we left hotel at 6.30 and never got back till 8.30 at night. Went to the Ming tomb first and it was quiet as had just opened. Nice place to visit. Then on to jade shop. Interesting place and a brief talk on how jade is made and time to buy some jade. Then lunch. This was very nice and a good selection of food. Then on to the Great Wall. Traffic was bad and once we got there the que for the cable car was very long. But once in the wall the views and wall was amazing. Only had about 30 mins on the wall due to the ques for the cable car. Again traffic bad to get back into Beijing. We then went to a tea ceremony and time to buy some tea. This was very interesting. Then back to hotel. Was a very long day but also very enjoyable. Would recommend this tour. Jim the tour guid was very informative and gave us lots of helpful information.

Wonderful Class for 3 Young Kids from the U.S.
I took my nieces here after we visited the Forbidden City. They had a 3 hour (afternoon) class with Echo. She was so wonderful with the kids. They still talk about her to this day. I highly recommend this class, especially for kids from the U.S./Europe that don't know much about Chinese culture.

A bad start but ended ok
The driver was late, we had to chase then found out he was involved in a car accident. A replacement car picked us up quickly and we only missed a few minutes of the show.

Admission hours vary around the year
Be sure to check the admission hours as it may change through out the year. Recently there is a renovation to tis temple and some days it closes for admission at 5pm. The park itself if mostly open but dont expect to see the full view of the temple from the park area.
