We have used Malekutours.com for our ground transportation from San Jose airport to Monteverde and also from La Fortuna to San Jose airport in Costa Rica. The service was excellent and the drivers provided by them were very nice and helpful. They helped us in luggage and frequently checking our comfort during travel. They also offered and did stop in between for us to get food and drinks on the way. The vehicles were pretty new as well. Special thanks to Eugenia for checking well before and during the trips to ensure our comfort. Without second thoughts, I would recommend Malekutours, based on personal experience with them.

We had 55 members of our family and friends arrived from the states for a wedding and adventure vacation. The Westin was the perfect place for an amazing and memorable vacation. The people and services were top notch. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed all the different services available on the beach. We enjoyed MULTIPLE massages, horseback riding and tours. We used Erik G (he had Google blue shirt (Google him) He coordinated trips to the waterfalls, ziplining, and hikes. The resort also has plenty of excursions and fun planned for you to fill your vacation to the brim. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and top notch housekeeping service at this all-inclusive resort. Everything was spotless, they all put so much work into making this a safe place and clean vacation spot. I will be recommending the Westin Conchal Reserva to all my friends. Put this on your bucket list! Can’t wait to come back !! PURA VIDA!!

Horrible experience. I booked my trip by setting the final destination but the operator didn't complete the service. I had to pay an additional service on Christmas Eve to finally get to my destination. I will never use this service again.

The place is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the staff. They were, to a person, friendly, efficient and professional. The hard working staff were what made our visit the pleasure it was. In particular the restaurant staff represented the best of Costa Rican hospitality.

Our trip to Rio Celeste was perfect... our driver was very nice and we really enjoyed everything. From the hike to the sloth spotting and the beautiful blue river...it was just amazing.

We had a very good trip from the airport. We stayed at playa guienos…. The food, the people, the beach was wonderful!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere is fun and young. If u like a quiet place this hotel is not 4 u. It’s a bit far from Guiones but a $8 cab ride will get you in town and close to the beach ( not a walkable distance, the road is DANGEROUS) staff isn’t super helpful but they do the job. The rooms look better in pictures this I can guarantee! They are not terrible but not represented accurately. If u are looking to mingle this is it!

incredible experience ,the blue waterfall was impressive, we were able to appreciate many animals, frogs, lazy toucans, in short, everything was wonderful, I recommend it for the whole family

Very safe friendly and polite. He stopped on the side of the road to show us a family of monkeys and a huge iguana. Van had a/c and was clean. My only regret was I didn’t book a round trip ride.
