This trip was amazing , we had great communication with Sunny prior to departing she knew exactly what we wanted to buy etc. Her recommendations were perfect straight in and out with our purchases, markets can be very daunting, this was the opposite even my husband coped and he’s not really a shopper!! So now we wait for our tailored garments to arrive when we come back to Shanghai , exciting. We will definitely be booking with Sunny again if I could give her more than 5 stars I would ! The best thing is she had our backs the whole time and would check prices that were being asked say no more.

One of the best tours I have ever had. Sammi was extraordinarily informed and filled with insights and facts that made the entire day memorable. Moreover she has a wonderful sense of humor. At the end I left with a true appreciation for Shanghai, its history, its people, its food and its wonder.

Sunny tours was really helpful in preparing for our “layover tour” in Shanghai. Timing is very important here, and they put a lot of effort into making sure we were realistic (between customs etc.) unfortunately, 2 days before tour, one of my daughters got sick, so we had to cancel. The tour guide was very understanding and accommodating.

We had an amazing time in Shanghai with our city tour. Our pick up was from the Cruise Ship Terminal and our private guide Sarah was great along with driver Mr. Wong. The vehicle was very comfortable and we were taken to the places that we wanted to see and Sarah was excellent in showing us around and providing us lots of information of the local area and we tried lots of the local cuisine as well. We very much enjoyed Sunny Tours Shanghai and highly recommend them.

This was a great tour. Our guide Sunny was super nice and great at communicating before to make sure we knew the plan. The dinner was great & the cruise was amazing. We took our work team on there & everyone really enjoyed the time. The cruise is the right amount of time— long enough to learn about the city from Sunny & take tons of photos. They also offered to take pictures.

We had a wonderful day with Sammi as our guide. We traveled with our two teen daughters and Sammi was great with them. She engaged the whole family with lots of conversation and questions to help us learn about all the sights we were seeing. I loved the history lessons mixed with info about the buildings. We felt safe and well taken care of for the entire tour.

We are so pleased we booked this tour. Our Guide Feifei was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable, caring and fun. Her English was excellent and we could see that people around us were noticing how well she conducted the tour. She couldn't do enough for us and we learned so much about Shanghai and had such an enjoyable experience. Also, she was a tremendous help when when we got to the airport and discovered our luggage was left at the hotel. and we were able to contact her. For our first day in Shanghai we booked this 4 hour private experience - it was worth every penny. Sammi was our guide and she was excellent. We were able to customize the itinerary to suit the weather and our preferences. Lunch was delicious and we learned so much. Don’t hesitate - book this tour!

The trip was fantastic. We especially loved seeing the Panda's at the zoo. Jun was an excellent tour guide, very professional, informative and friendly. She really made the trip 5 stars!

This trip was a good choice to make! Our guide Annie was great, direct and she spoke well and understandable English. She knew a lot about Chinese culture and history. She could answer any of our additional questions like Japanese and Chinese art differences etc. By the end of the day we could get closer to the Chinese living and thinking. Wish we could spend more days with her at different cities but unfortunately we was just traveling by and China could not stay more.

It was a very enjoyable day out. Ruby is very friendly and was extremely attentive and careful with us. We visited beautiful places and she explained the history and many other interesting facts in detail. It was a great experience.
