South Goa Sightseeing Full day tour 09am-05pm, adverted on TripAdvisor and on Viator, is run by local operator Travel Surity. The information given by Surity in inadequate, their redemption place will be not given. Bus is dirty. Its though low priced but cheap in everything else. We reached picked-up point, our names not there as we did not go to redemption centre, where was it God knows, no info. Calling the Surity number, one gets cheap answers. We paid twice, by cash at pick up point. We asked for refund paid online, received a nasty reply.

Everything was perfect all the points were covered and the tour guide was good.It was fun and yes they would charge you extra 350 for dolphin trip and evening cruise.

I made sure I was at the hotel reception at 08:50 for my 09:00 pick up. 09:20 still no show. So called the number provided and spoke to a lady who couldn’t speak proper English but she said the driver will call me. 09:45 still not heard, started liking for alternatives as wasn’t going to just sit out the whole day. Spoiled my day really.

Great value for money trip. A helpful, friendly, informative guide. We were one of only 2 European guests and he never ignored us or made us feel left out. He was very good. I can recommend this trip

Pretty terrible experience honestly. We were repeatedly messaged and asked to be there on time for the tour the next day - including multiple calls after 10 pm which seemed totally inappropriate. We showed up on time as requested and our guide didn't show up until 30 minutes later. The tour was absolutely not in English - the tour guide would speak in Hindi for about 5-15 minutes and then provide about 2 or 3 sentences in English. Boat ride provided zero English. We left in the middle and would not recommend to English speakers.

Forget about sightseeing this travel agency neither contacted me nor arrived at selected destination . And the contact number of travel surity is fake. So stay aware from such traveller people. There are many travelling agency in goa whose office are everywhere , no need to book fake traveller like this and waste your time and money

We were very looking forward to this tour in late September 2023, but when trying to message the operator to confirm our pick up location they did not respond. We had one message over 24 hours after we tried to contact them asking where we were staying and after giving specific information we never heard back from them. No communication and never got picked up. Very disappointing

We took a day train from Madgaon Station in the fourth week of August 2023. For getting the best view you either you need to see from General or sleeper window or door. In case of travel by AC class you need to be at the door. Please ensure your safety while standing at the door. Doodhsagar falls comes after Kulem station. After Kulem, there will be 3 small tunnels and falls will be visible after crossing these tunnels. Falls are visible from both sides. First be on the left side (in the direction of moving train from Kulem towards Castle rock) at the door/ window and the falls will be visible from a longer distance. After this shift to the right side door/ window and falls will be visible from very near. Both views are quite beautiful. You can take pictures and videos, but I suggest you enjoy the beauty with your own eyes rather than spending time on photography. You can always get nice photos and videos from internet. You are lucky if the train is moving slow, but if it moves fast you will be able to see it only for 20-30 seconds. In case, you want to return back to Goa, you can get down at next station Castle Rock and either take another return train or a taxi. As there was no return train available, we preferred to come back to Madgaon by taxi. Luckily we got a taxi operator Mr. Jaisheelan (+918762941167) and he dropped us back.

Great Tour Guide, total historical stories to listen. Tour starts at 9.00 am and they cover cruise as well. Guide Hussain has amazing history facts to share for each location. If you are history lover and want to learn history of Goa with great locations to explore. This is the tour for you. Cruise and Dolphin Safari require extra admission fees applicable as per season but are worth the price. If you follow little tips from tour guide you will have great experience. Fish Thali is must try to explore authentic Goan cuisine. Only suggestion to Travelsurity, their landline number was most of time not working, request to take a note of same. Please replace it with some mobile number to contact in case if someone needs to connect for seeking any clarity. This will offer better connect with customers and enhance their bookings.

Pickup was cancelled by them and not intimated in any forms. We have to call at their working hours to confirm the cancellation and refund was initiated post follow up from customer end.

All team members were very supportive . Our cab driver and our hotel staff was also too Good. Heartly thanks for memorable tour . Thanks a lot travel surity team.

Trip was organised very well. We didn't face any problem during the whole trip be it flight tickets, hotel, commuting etc. In fact this was the second time i booked for my holiday from travel surity.
