The guide was great. We had amazing time exploring the city. The Howrah bridge was the best. Second was Kumartuli. Third Was coffee house.

I went on a kolkata visit trip with my friends on 8 December and Mr Muzaffar Khan sir was the one who made my first time in kolkata a beautiful memory which I will cherish my whole life. I was on a business trip so was not able to explore my of Kolkata on my own but with the tour he gave of the city from Eden gards to Old British colonial buildings from traveling in ferries to visiting the famous Howrah bridge to ending the trip in the most famous place "Indian Coffee House". He made sure we are hydrated all the time and as we wanted to explore all things so if we were taking time in clicking pictures and making videos he waited for us patiently and even helped us by clicking our pictures on best spots there were which made us feel a warmth throughout the trip. Thank you for this amazing journey Mr Muzaffar and thank you city of joy 😊🙏

In one word, the Hello Calcutta tour was fantastic, exactly what I had hoped for and more. Muzaffar was very flexible/accommodating during our entire interaction-when we asked for a later start time, adding newer bucket list activities like taking the tram etc. I had tons of questions and suggestions to ask for and Muzaffar was kind and patient enough to answer all of them.  We didn't miss any part of the itinerary and in fact, Muzaffar was very generous with his time and never tried to rush us, took so many photos that I'd never have taken had I explored solo and took us to best local spots for yum food. By the end of the tour, I felt a connection towards the City of joy (which was missing in the past 1 week I had been here) and now makes me want to explore this ancient, culturally rich city in even more depth. Just go for this tour without any hesitation.

All the positive reviews are accurate! Muzaffar is an excellent guide and a generous host. The tour covers alot of ground but the pace feels relaxed and thoughtful. Muzaffar brings the city and its history to life, I highly recommend.

I searched for tours of Kolkata and discovered Muzaffar’s tours which had excellent reviews. I got in touch via WhatsApp and he responded immediately. It was important for me to see specific sites as I was born in Kolkata and was returning after 62 years so wanted to visit all the main sites but also ones specific to when I lived there. Muzaffar was happy to include any places I wanted to visit so I booked. My adult daughter and I were picked up punctually from our hotel in a very comfortable a/c SUV. Bottled water was supplied and delicious snacks and very good Indian coffee at the Indian Coffee Shop - a must stop. A lovely touch was being bought the poet Gitanjsli’s small book of poetry with the original Bengali on one page and English translation on the other. Also a beautiful bouquet each from the flower market. Muzaffar was very knowledgeable on Kolkata and went out of his way to find the address where I lived as a young child which really made the tour. He also took us to Nizams restaurant, the inventors of the kati roll - absolutely delicious. We did the 8 hr tour which overran to accommodate some of the places I wanted to visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Muzaffar and his driver who looked after us and gave us an exceptional tour of Kolkata. Thank you Muzaffar.

We saw so much of the city in one day, including places we would unlikely have visited on our own such as the flower market and pottery area. We loved every single place on the tour, even though they were very different. Shormita was a knowledgeable and engaging guide and was passionate about this history and culture of the city.

Muzaffar is such a lovely and knowledgeable guide. I learnt so much about the history and culture of Kolkata. It was great travelling on all the different modes of transport - especially the ferry and seeing the different parts of the city. Even the rain didn’t dampen the experience.

I cannot recommend this tour more highly, as it's a great way to see Kolkata's highlights. Although I only spent three days in Kolkata, I left there feeling like I really knew the place I'd visited thanks to this tour. Muzaffar is extremely welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about Kolkata. He kindly greeted me with snacks and plenty of water to help me push through the summer heat. I appreciated his willingness to indulge my curious questions and adapt to my needs, like spending more time at the Victoria Memorial or helping me find a phone charger at a local market when mine broke. Having just returned from traveling Asia for nearly a month, I can easily say that Muzzaffar was one of my best tour guides I've had! I also appreciate his driver's timely, door-to-door service and deft ability to navigate Kolkata's traffic. (Regrettably, I don't remember his name.) Thanks again for a wonderful tour! I hope to revisit Kolkata someday and will be sure to reach out if I do.
