Your morning starts with a pick up from the hotel. After the pick-up, you will be driven to the Yoga Ashram. The session then starts with an introduction of Yoga, wherein your expert yoga instructor will impart you some knowledge about the history of Yoga and its practices. The practice of yoga is a group of mental, physical, and spiritual practices or disciplines which came into existence in ancient India, back to the pre-Vedic traditions with mentions in the Rig Veda. However, the practice likely developed around the 5th and 6th centuries BCE.
After the introduction, get ready for a warm-up session followed by some stretching. Later, your yoga instructor will teach you pranayama and a short lesson on meditation yoga where you will learn about connecting with your inner self. Indulge in an invigorating yoga session that brings your senses back to life.
As the session completes, you will have the option to have breakfast and/or use the facilities at the Ashram to shower and change should you wish to start your day's sightseeing program straight away. Drop off can be arranged at any of the local sights or if you wish you can be dropped back at your hotel and continue your day’s plan from there.
