You can learn a lot from her and even take home a few tips and tricks to perfect your Indian cooking skills.
Indulge in a cooking demo with your host Karuna. She will teach you how to cook 2-3 simple and tasty dishes like Desi Pakode (vegetable fritters with sweet and spicy chutney/sauce) and Masale Wali Bhindi (Okra tossed in dry rub spices) and an onion-potatoes curry. She will also guide you on the various spices that are instrumental in Indian cooking and what she uses on a daily basis in her kitchen.
Your cooking demo will be followed by an elaborate homemade meal. The spread may include a variety of dishes including starters, main course, condiments and accompaniments followed by a dessert.
The entire experience will last for about 2-3 hours.
