Day 1: Welcome meeting and group dinner. Namaste! Welcome to India. Soulfit-Wellness begins with a welcome meeting at 5:30pm at Hotel Taj Princess, and a group dinner at the hotel. You may arrive at any time during the day, since there are no activities planned until this meeting.
Day 2: Morning yoga and drive to Jaipur, evening Bollywood movie at local cinema. Rise early for yoga and meditation. After breakfast at the hotel you'll drive to Jaipur (6 hours), the capital and largest city of the state of Rajasthan, known as the Pink City of India. In the evening, you'll visit the Raj Mandir cinema to see a Bollywood movie with locals.
Day 3: Morning yoga and Amber Palace visit, with afternoon spent at your leisure. Rise early for yoga and meditation. After breakfast at the hotel, you'll visit the Amber Palace located 11 km from Jaipur. In the evening you'll enjoy an authentic dinner cooked in local style.
Day 4: Morning yoga and meditation, followed by drive to Agra and Taj Mahal, with moonlight visit. After scheduled yoga and meditation in the morning, you'll drive to the city of Taj, Agra, where you'll transfer directly to your hotel. You'll visit Agra fort in the late afternoon, then enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (at your expense) before going to view the sublime beauty of the Taj Mahal at moonlight.
Day 5: Sunrise view of Taj Mahal, followed by drive to Vrindavan and Holi celebration. Rise early to view the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Enjoy its soothing beauty while listening to the stories of its origin. You'll return to the hotel to enjoy breakfast before driving to Vrindavan to celebrate Holi.
Day 6: Morning yoga and temple visit, with evening at your leisure. Rise early to practice yoga and meditation with your instructor in the garden. After breakfast at the hotel, you'll visit temples of Vrindavan, then enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
Day 7: Morning yoga and drive to Delhi, with evening visit to India Gate and imperial buildings. Rise early for yoga and meditation. After breakfast at hotel, you'll begin the return drive to Delhi. Enjoy visiting India Gate and imperial buildings at New Delhi in the evening.
Day 8: Morning yoga and farewell. Rise early for final yoga and meditation. Enjoy breakfast with the group at the hotel before you continue on your forward journey.
