We just loved this trip! We got to see so much of Sri Lanka! And our guide for the whole trip arranged everything perfectly, and made it just fantastic! His name is Dushan and we can definitely recommend him!! He made us feel taken care of for every part of the trip!

They turned up with the ticket the evening before as they said they would. They also kept in communication when I asked when it would come. Great train ride and seat next to window which is important.

Got second class reserved ticket. I recommend this option as the seats are comfy and spacious. It was a bit hot in the beginning, but once we reached higher altitude temperature was perfect.

We had the best experience. Booked tickets, easy delivery to our hotel the day before. Afterwards we asked for drivers between different cities through out Sri Lanka. Always came up with great offers, good cars and friendly drivers. Fast reply Couldn't recommend more! Geesara is great!

We had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka! Our guide, Dushan, helped us with everything, gave us fantastic recommendations, booked the best adventures and restaurants and even did arrangements for our friends birthday! We saw Sigirya, Kandy, Ella, Yale and so much more! Every single issue got handled immediately, and we are so happy for this trip, for Mahaweli tours, and for Dushan who made it a great experience!!

I bought 2nd class reserved tickets spontanously from Kandy to Ella on the evening before the day of travel. The tickets were brought to my hotel in Kandy the next morning on time. The communication via whats app worked very well, all my questions have been answered quickly and friendly. I know that the normal price of the tickets is much less, but this was a good opportunity to buy reserved 2nd class tickets spontanously. Everything worked well and this is reliable, so I would recommend this to other tourists (if you agree with the price).

Don't be fooled we paid 17,000 at a cost of £46 for x2 tickets from this business paying for first class and what we got was second class with the ticket costing only 3600 you can purchase tickets at the train station don't be scared from these reviews that pressure you to purchase online tickets at crazy prices. These tickets should have cost £9 Fair enough make a small profit but don't rip people of a AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

This was a fantastic tour group to use- we had a couple of hotels booked and a rough idea of what we wanted to do but they filled in all the gaps and made sure we logistically got around the country seamlessly - despite a monsoonal cell thwarting some of our train plans this company pivoted plans and made sure our trip did not skip a beat. Will use them again!

Sri Lanka is beautiful, we had a fantastic trip with FLAMINGO TOURS and Pradeep was an excellent guide. We have been traveling with three kids (7, 9 and 11 years old), and they had such a good time. We met so many nice people in Sri Lanka. Wish we could stay there even longer. Thanks to Flamingo Tours, Pradeep (the guide) and our driver!!!

The tour was so nice, the driver was so nice, friendly and flexible, we tried many things in our way and everything was remarkable.

We had a pleasant journey through Sri Lanka. Our driver, Sunil, was always very helpful and a good person. He made our experience even better. We learned a lot about the country and saw many beautiful sights. For me the highlite was Sigiriya Lion Rock. I am afraid of heights and was uncertain if I would manage to go up. But I did it and was happy that I did. My tip is: Don't look down when you are walking up the last sets of stairs. For my fiance her highlite was the visit to the tea plantation. She loves tea, and it was fun to see how it was done. We also got to try picking leafs. All in all a great trip and especially thanks to Sunil.

Geesara tour guide was super helpful. I booked tickets late night (around 10pm) and I was on train next morning. I got tickets via WhatsApp and my travelling day was super smooth.
