Terrible
The driver never showed up. That’s fine. Things happen. Viator refuses to refund my money. That is unacceptable. I have booked numerous tours with them in 7 counties. I am beyond disappointed.

Worst airport services
There is literally no foreign exchange in duty free . There is a bank which doesn’t even help with this except you’re doing a local currency buy . Service on most things is really not present at all . Information desks are empty and to even find security to ask you’d need to go around and be checking. Last I got help was at the lounge hostess desk . Disappointing all round .
