BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE
We found Viland travel when we where planning our family trip to Vietnam, normaly I do not use a travel agent because I work in the industry myself, but this was mine 25 years wedding anniversary and we where 6 (Me and my wife, 2 daughters and there boyfriends). Vietnam was new for me and we where looking to do some things that are not the standard Vietnam routes. Shortly after my mail to Viland travel Sarah send an itinerary for our 17 days holiday. I think we changed the itinerary atleast 5 times, Sarah did't a great job giving us allot of options ... from the moment we arrived in Vietnam things got more personal, you can not believe how they follow up and even change last minute things if you like .. nothing was to much! Every day we got WhatsApp messages from Sarah asking if all was good and if we need something ... our trip had allot of traveling and we visited from the busiest city's till home stays in the middle of nowhere, from basic lodging to fancy hotels ... all made to order! If you are planning a trip to Vietnam, I can only tell you use Viland and you are in the best hands possible.

Halong bay tour
Pham was our tour guide and host and he is the most friendly and genuine man we’ve came across in Vietnam, full of jokes and information also speaks good English! This is definitely the best way to explore halong bay and I wouldn’t recommend any other tour group apart from this one. They have there own special route which avoids tourists which gives you a more intimate and private feeling of halong bay, the rooms are unbelievable. The food is great also and all the staff on the boat are incredibly friendly and nice and are always willing to help you no matter what the scenario. Thank you Pham (mr.bean) for making our trip amazing!

Hoi An - Danang
We were overwhelmed by the quality of service from Viland and the tour guide, Tai. They all speak fluent English, but they know every corner of the city and it’s heritage. You can tell they love what they do and are proud of where they come from. Tour guides are worth every penny because they get you cheaper admission so you won’t get ripped off. They also keep the hecklers away from you. I definitely recommend going to them directly, they are half price to what’s on Expedia and other sites.

Great organization and wonderful itinerary!
I usually plan my own travel, but since I was traveling alone and had limited time to research, I opted to use a travel company. After sending some inquiries to a few different companies, I settled on Viland Travel because the representative, Evelyn, was so quick to respond to my questions and make suggestions for itineraries that matched my interests, their prices seemed fair, and they could accommodate the specific dates I wanted to travel. Throughout the process, Evelyn was in contact with me sending updates and helpful information, and she even made time to meet with me for a coffee when I was in Hanoi. I was very impressed by this personal touch and wonderful customer service! The package itself was extremely well organized with guides/drivers coming to collect me on time, activities/tours were fun and educational, and hotel check-in processes were very efficient. All of the hotels were great - better than I would've booked for myself! I couldn't have asked for a better travel experience or a better Viland representative in Evelyn! Highly recommend!

Clock-work like fun trip
We booked a 10 day Vietnam and Cambodia trip with Sarah and had an excellent experience. Sarah helped us customize and organize the trip. From the minute we landed in Vietnam, Sarah was in constant touch with us helping us with local tips and ensuring that the trip was executed like clock work. On one of the days, we had an early morning 6am flight, Sarah got up at 4am made sure cab picked us up on time and dropped us to the airport. We were floored by her commitment. @Sarah way to raise the bar :). We had an amazing time on the oasis bay cruise – Viktor our guide made sure did and the vegetarian food on the cruise was lip smacking good. Mr. Nam, our ever cheerful guide with his fun facts made our trip to Saigon memorable. We plan to do another trip to Vietnam with viland.

Sarah and Viland, your best choice to visit Vietnam
There are so many wonderful places to see and things to do in Vietnam. Viland Travel is clearly the best choice, ask for Sarah if you want an highly professional and supportive coordinator. Everything was planned in detail, and every single tour guide we met during our daily trips was excellent. Even when one of our flights got delayed, Sarah did her very best to help us and solve our problems. We're very happy we chose Viland Travel, our journey in Vietnam has been unforgettable also thanks to Sarah and her excellent organizational skills. Greetings from Italy, S&D

My wife and me visited Vietnam last March 2019. We begin in Hanoi and ended in Ho Chi Min city. Sarah (Viland Travel) was our tourist agent. She organized everything for us: she booked hotels, trips, transfers, fligths etc. and it worked 100 per cent. We stay in contact with Sarah all the time. Sarah is excellent, very professional, dedicated and loyal. We recommend her to everyone who wants to visit Vietnam and needs someone like her to arrange and fix all what is necessary to a successful trip. Chapeaux to Sarah of Viland Travel (Hanoi). Avraham

Dissappointing Support from Viland for a 12 day Vietnam and Cambodian holiday
I was part of a group of 6 who did a 12 day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. We joined a larger group bringing the total to 13 people. As most of the good reviews were from travellers whose trip was organised by Ms Evelyn Vu I have to say our experience with another employee of Viland and had many things go wrong. 1. Visa arrangements advice from Viland left 4 of our party scrambling the day before our flight to arrange an emergency (twice the normal price) visa. Vialand still demanded US$15 per person for their involvement. 2. Mini buses had very poor air-conditioning 3. The most traumatising event came on the bus arranged for us by Viland to take us from Ho Chi Minh City to Pnom Penh. Viland had not given any advice indicating there would be a demand for US$35 per person on the bus to arrange Cambodia visas. Many people did not have sufficient USD available and were told they would be left behind at the border if they didn’t have the USDs available on the bus. We were not allowed to have a bus stop to get money from an ATM either. I would not use Viland again, or recommend them to any of my friends either.

A vacation worth remembering
Recently I along with my family members visited Vietnam and Cambodia. Tour was organised by viland tours. It was most memorable vacation which we have spent recently. Well organised, personal touch and end to end solutions was hallmark of the tour agency. Sarah our tour co ordinator is most effective, fabulous and fantastic organiser I have ever seen. She was available 24 hours even during finalisation of tour programmes. In fact credit goes to her making our vacation truly memorable. We will always cherish memory of beautiful Vietnam and Cambodia. Thank you Sarah. Thanks Viland.
