Great day out for snorkelling, sun and beach lovers
A must do tour for those who love snorkelling! Agree it’s a long day , especially from Patong beach. However it’s easy to sleep in the air conditioned bus. The organisation was outstanding. Staff were excellent. Food and drinks provided all day. Even on our return. Take reef shoes and recommend hiring the Go Pro if you don’t have one. The coral was really big. Gorgeous fish. Well worth your time

        Snorkeling = 5, Boat Safety = 5, Customer Service = 5+
We spent the day on Mr. Tu Day Trip to Angthong National Marine Park and thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. The snorkel spot was beautiful and calm. The scenery was spectacular. We skipped the kayak and viewpoint hikes and just stayed on the beach and enjoyed the water. The speed boat was clean, comfortable and well maintained. And the customer service was excellent. In the morning there were lots of people and lots of boats going to different places. It was all very organized and clear. During the day trip the crew was fantastic. They were especially attentive every time we were getting on or off the boat - making sure we were all safe and secure. Lunch was delicious and there was plenty of bottled water on the boat for everyone at anytime. We’ve taken many snorkel trips in Thailand and this one ranks with the best.

        Ignore their timings
Booked on Viator, saw pick up is 9am so I then booked a flight that landed at 8:40am to line up. I then got an email stating that the meeting time is 8:30. I said I couldn't do that, i literally booked my flight based on the 9am timing they state. They then wouldn't cancel they said its my fault. I contacted Viator who saw it from my side and agreed that Trip Store Krabi had not correctly stated the time of the trip and fully refunded me

        Amazing
One of the best tours I have ever done! The organization was absolutely seamless and I was amazed how well the crew worked together to get the food out, kayaks blown up, etc. it was like you blinked and they were all ready to go. The boat was large and spacious, plenty of time for each activity, guides offering to take pictures every time there was an opportunity. Incredible views but that is to be expected. The food was amazing as well! Just be aware that if you are a solo traveler they will likely place you with another solo traveler or someone else and you will not have your own kayak as it has to be 2 to a kayak (3 total with guide).

        Authentic Thai cooking
We had a great morning with Apple and her team. First we went to the market which was fascinating to see and smell all of the different local produce. Apple took us to the different stalls and explained which ingredients we would be using. We were then driven to her cooking school where we cooked Thai green curry, massam curry, pad Thai, spring rolls(also sweet ones fir the children which were lush) and sweet and sour as well as a pork & shrimp salad. We were involved in the preparing , crushing of the herbs to a paste using the pestle & mortar, and then the cooking. The food was fantastic and we got to eat it all. If you like cooking, and you want to spend a morning doing some authentic cooking, I’d highly recommend this trip.

        A really fun day!!
It was a really fun day learning how to cast and fish, but we just caught little fish. We swam in the ocean and that was a lot of fun. Special thanks to our guide Nai (he was fun, helpful and playful) and the driver of the boat. Don't go if you think you'll catch big fish. Go if you want to have a fun day. Put lots of sunblock, we burned 🔥

Stunning experience in the Andaman Sea off Phuket Island
This was a peak part of a Road Scholar tour. Guides expertly paddle inflatable canoes into island limestone caves, through spectacularly narrow tunnels, and into lagoons surrounding by high forested cliffs and mangrove trees. The bioluminescence show was an unexpected treat.

        Amazing JG sea canoe
One of the best trips we have ever done on any holiday. Fantastic organisation, breathtaking scenery and attentive crew. Felt totally safe in the boat and kayak throughout and the onboard catering was amazing. A must do if your in this region of Thailand.

Friendly crew, great lunch and on the whole a good day out.
It wasn’t a great start when the tuk tuk (long base) picked us up and then drive like a mad man to Saladan. There were no hand holds in the back of the vehicle and he was going extremely fast and it did give me a few more grey hairs! The boat was full (sit at the back for a smoother ride) and we got to Koh Haa in about 30-40 mins. Snorkelling there was 30 mins then back in the boat for 30 mins to Koh Rok where we dropped off non snorkellers and our lunch and then went only a short distance for another 30 mins of snorkelling. Came back to the main island and had a tasty chicken curry, veggies, chicken drumsticks and plenty of rice. There was also fruit which I think should have stayed in the cool for a bit as it got a bit ant infested. We then had close to 2hrs on Koh Rok which felt like a bit too long. I would have preferred to do more snorkelling, or be given the option to do more on the adjoining island. The island was very pretty but there is construction happening and it was very busy. After the long wait, we got back on the boat and went a short distance for a 40 mins snorkel. Then we started back and was dropped off at our beach so at least we didn’t have to endure the mad driver. All in all it was a good day out but more snorkelling would have been my preference. Koh Lanta isn’t known for its snorkelling so you have to do these day trips. Tip: take stuff in waterproof bags if you plan to sit at the back as that is where people got in and out of the boat.

Stunning island if you don’t mind hoards of people!
Stunning island but it’s a bit of a zoo!!! There are some wonderful hotels and restaurants serving very good food and there is ‘Walking Street’ for all of your needs. I was lucky to meet some other travelers who suggested some quieter places, if I hadn’t have found these, it would have been disastrous… think Newquay on Speed! Also, the longtail boats are constant, on the main Pattaya beach, so you feel like you’re on a set for a Vietnam war film!

Make sure you do the hike!!!
Our tour guides were great however we spent more time in the boat than site seeing. The marine park is lovely but is a bit stretched in terms of a full day out. Make sure you do the hike though (right to the top) as the view makes the entire day worth it- surreal view!

Professional and safe. Very fun day out. Great value for money.
Day trip was wonderful. Speedboat ride was an adventure and we were pleased it was a reasonably calm day on the ocean (would be VERY bouncy if the wind was up!). Guides were funny and informed. Snorkelling was good (not as good as the Great Barrier Reef but still worth the fun), island visits were amazing. Walk to the view point was VERY challenging so take proper walking shoes and your fitness! Beautiful to see view from top of all the little islands in the Marine Park. Lunch was provided by the residence on the next island and was delicious and plentiful. Kayaking was good but needed more time to explore. Great value for money. Professional and quality boat/equipment.

We took the speed boat tour to four islands. The Emerald cave was amazing and we were lucky to be there on a day when it was not so crowded. Other people, who went on a tour closer to Christmas holidays, said it was so crowded the cave was blocked like during a traffic jam, which was not fun. Bring a flash light suitable for water, as only the guide has one and it's not enough in the cave.
Snorkeling at the beach where we had lunch was fantastic, another snorkeling location was not as good as the visibility was not great but I saw a sea snake for the first time, so that was fun!
Overall, do not miss this tour if you can, it's worth it.

Snorkels, goggles, flippers we’re all provided and looked brand new. Efficient pick up and drop off from where we were staying. Super friendly staff. I would not recommend this tour unless you are fine with most of the day being spent on the boat. Going into the event, we were expecting a day full of snorkeling and activities.

The itinerary of the event is as follows:

      - 1st stop Koh Chuak:

Here we all got off the boat to snorkel or kayak (if you bough the with kayak package). Not much to see here in terms of fish or reefs. In my opinion this stop could have been skipped.

      - 2nd stop Koh Ngai:

We got off the boat here while they prepared the lunch on board. Very pretty beach and island to take pictures and swim.

Lunch was served on the boat, nothing special and served lukewarm. Rice, Fried chicken, sautéed vegetables and a thai chicken curry.

      - 3rd stop Koh Kardan:

At this stop we anchored about 100 meters off shore. This was the final and best stop for snorkeling. Saw quite a lot of bright fish and a large coral reef.

      - 4th stop Koh Mook:

This was by far the most spectacular stop of the day. They took us through the Koh Mook emerald cave. This was the must see on this tour.

All stops lasted only 40 minutes each. In the 8 hour day, we had 2h40 of activities and 5h20 of sitting on a boat.

All staff was very friendly, kind and professional.

I was in the offseason there - so there were only 50 people - beware of going there in high season - there might be 100 swimmers trying to get in and 199 want to get out.... the crossing to the hidden place thru the tunnel is not too easy and dark. If you are inside - its an enjoyable little spot.

Nice big boat and friendly crew. Some ok spots too see. Specially the Emarold cave was nice. But most of the time is on the boat and waiting to get to the next location. Was almost 2 hours delayed when we took the trip. 2,5 hours on locations on a 10 hour trip is to little.

      A nice and slightly rough-around-the-edges island-hopping adventure.

We selected the trip with one snorkeling stop. They put us on the trip with three stops instead without telling us. During the trip we had lunch on an awesome beach and visited an incredible beach only accessible by swimming. The workers were friendly and considerate.

I recommend it, as long as you’re open to an imperfect experience.

Some things to be aware of: they crammed our boat full of people, the journey to the islands is long (75 minutes one way?), they only handed out one bottle of water and one soda per person so bring water, some people had to sit in the direct sun the entire way.

The trip involves a hotel pick up, travel to pierside, a long boat trip and Island hopping. The kayaking part and going into the cave is great fun... The boat trip can get a bit boring but the crew is friendly and you can suck on watermelons provided by the crew to cool you off. Overall a pleasant trip
