My first time being out of Canada couldn't have been any more fun! We went and visited so many cool locations and learned about the history everywhere we went. I was able to try new foods, visit amazing restaurants, see incredible sights all day and stargaze after dark. They were super helpful and accommodating the entire time. I am definitely going to be coming back to see more hidden gems and see this beautiful country in all the seasons.

We’re in love with Chile and Fabian, his company SORBAC have a lot to do with it. From the moment we contacted, Fabian was very responsive and catered itinerary for our family’s liking that showcased the best of San Pedro de Atacama including hidden gens at a very reasonable price. Once we arrived, their customer service was top-notch. Fabian is knowledgeable and engaging guide that our 6 teenagers loved to interact with. We particularly loved the authentic vegetarian food recommendation from Fabian. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable Chile trip.

The best trip ever. If Atacama is already a unique place to discover in the most exotic ways, Sorbac is the name rto take you there. The guyus are incredible...they do not only plan and prepare everything from early beginning to the end of each day, they 'shgare' the day with you. Desertsm camping, going up high...everything is done with such joy and lightness, but very much focused in their responsibility. They are so incredible that i must name each one: Fabian, Pedro, Checho, Titan..they are the men in Atacama...and more.

Sorbac tour was excellent. Our guide Freddy was knowledgeable, witty and helpful. The scenery was marvelous and the landscape interesting. The tour was well organized. All sights in Atacama are worth the visit. A visit in the springtime is better as it is not that crowded. Comfortable hiking footwear and layered clothing preferable.

Sorbac is one of the best agency trips I have ever travelled with. The whole experience is unique - since the first contact to book the tours until the tour itself. The tour guides are impecable and they make you feel comfortable and safe all the time. The foods (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are incredible. If you would like to garantee the best experience while in Atacama go with Sorbac!

Guide was very good and accommodating. I thought it was not well planned for children though. We had to bike 3 miles to the entrance; by that time, the children were tired. We only spend 5 min at the Devil's throat. Other tours drop you at the entrance of the Devil throat so more time can be spent at the destination itself. In addition, tour started over 30 minutes late as guide had to bring 4 bikes to our hotel one at a time (why not use a pickup truck to drop them off). My other advice is that the tour should have started earlier in the AM in the summer. Finally we had 2 children, but they only brought 1 kids bike; again poor planning. She was able to ride bike on flat terrain, but it wouldn't have been safe to ride in the devil's throat. BTW helmets are required at the Devil's throat, another piece of info we were not told.

I booked and paid for this cycling trip but Sorbac cancelled - pretty shoddy It was the one of the main reasons I flew all the way here

Sorbac did an absolutely AMAZING job in hosting us, and showing us key parts of San Pedro de Atacama. The crew is very knowledgeable so we learned many things while touring. They were also very kind and patient, especially dealing with a large group. The quality, freshness, & taste of food was wonderful and my group kept going on and on about how good he food was. The food was good, but also the presentation and handling of serving was stupendous, especially for being out in the middle of nowhere sometimes. If I do Atacama again I only want to go with Sorbac, otherwise I don't want to go.

Had a blast with Sorbac! Hands down, they were the highest quality tours, and the guides were great. I would prioritize booking with them if you can!

Exploring San Pedro de Atacama was an amazing experience. Not only because the desert is an extraordinary place, but because Sorbac team went above and beyond to make sure we had the time of our lives. Fabián, Freddy, Kai, Christian and the rest of the team behind the scenes, including the amazing chef, did an amazing job making sure we were REALLY well fed and taken care of while exploring the amazing scenery the desert has to offer. 100% recommended.

Sorbac is exceptional when it comes to customer satisfaction. The agency took care of all details and was instrumental for making the trip to Atacama even better. All guides are more than experts and passionate on their work. Special highlight to Pedro Pablo and Christian that were with us for the most part of the tours, and are excellent. Pablo and Fabian were also great! Moreover, the food was really good.

I had an incredible time with Sorbac - I went on 3 days of tours with them, and for 1.5 of those days, I had only two other people in my group. For the other 1.5 days, we were joined by a few others, but the tour was never more than 10 people. Kai, Fabian and Pablo all went above and beyond. Pablo even spent more than 2 hours with us having lunch after the tour had concluded for the day. The attention they pay to your experience is evident. My favorite day tour was to laguna lejia - that was probably one of my favorite days on my entire Chile trip (and I was in Chile for almost 3 weeks!) Thank you SORBAC!

I was in San Pedro de Atacama for September 18. I had read good comments about Sorbac, but they really went over the top. Incredible organization, locations, security, transportation and above all high quality service and meals. Cocktail at sunset, breakfast, lunch everything. Fabian is a top in every way. I went with a friend who had a birthday and Fabian organized the cake for her birthday on one of the tours and it was really amazing. You have to go to San Pedro and trust Sorbac for all the tours.
