Another entirely satisfying, different and well run journey through unspoilt and impressive areas. Well ordered, explained and set up. Following the company tradition they have every group an opportunity to spend time on the roof area and later be photographed. All good clean fun.

I’ve booked lagunas altiplanicas and pedras rojas tour with Grado 10 in a lucky strike, via instagram search. The experience is nothing short than perfect. They use a very confy vehicle, way better than the stock vans that most operators employ. It’s a blessing for long trips. Our guides were incredibly polite and thoughtful. Very acknowledged in the history of the region. It’s a really premium experience that easily worth the small premium paid.

We loved the bus!!! And our tour guide Andres and the driver Luis, were amazing!! It was a private tour to piedras rojas and lagunas altiplanicas, they picked us up in time, drove us there, Andrea’s explained everything and made it super fun! They then stopped at a gorgeous lookout and prepared the most amazing breakfast for us with hot coffee, bread, orange juice, eggs etc, delish!!!! They stopped for us at places that were not even in the schedule and went above and beyond for us, we loved it all and we were sad we didn’t book all our tours with them! We’ll come back and will certainly book every single tour with them!!

We had an absolutely incredible time with Grado 10. We did 3 tours and they were wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this amazing company more. They provide a completely unique experience with incredible views, information, food and drinks. They made sure that we were given an experience away from the crowds. Many times we were the first ones in the different locations. The bus also provide such an special experience unlike any other tour company! Definitely chose Grado 10!

Trip cancelled by Grado 10 without warning 1 day prior our paid tour. they never called me or texted me. I had to scramble to find another tour to fill that day. They did give a refund.

Better than the best. The tour was awesome, the guide incredible, he answer every question, even the technical one and finally the bus was one of a kind…we a rooftop ! Can you imagine :)

Well, all of the attractions on Atacama’s Desert are awesome. This is known. But there are a lot (really, a whole bunch) of companies. Then why should you go with Grado10? I made a quick list: 1. The people: Yudy: a careful attendant, always with a smile uppon her face, made sure our schedule fit for us. Luiz, the driver and the big boss of Grado10: he made sure that everyone was confortable during the ride. Andrés, the guide: the nicest guy, knows a lot about the history of the place. 2. The bus: Grado10 is the only company that has a unique bus. It is so much more comfortable and faster than the microbuses that other companies have, plus you get an amazing panoramic view of the road. 3. The food: while others companies bring a already prepared meal, Grado10 makes the breakfast (in the morning attractions) in front of you, with toasts, dulce de leche, pancakes… In the afternoon, watch the sunset with pisco sour, beers, and snacks - always with a view. The few attractions I went with other companies (because unfortunately Grado10 do not go on some attractions), made me realize how this company is special. Okay, so this is just a few reasons why you should pick this agency. I have and I recommend it for anyone.

We went with Grado10 to 2 tours - Laguna Cejar and El Tatio geysers. Both were amazing, Andres our guide was exceptional and we have no words for how good the breakfast after the geysers was. Thank you!

i booked the 4 tours grado10 offered after a friend recommended me. worth it! even though it’s a bit more expensive than the other companies, it’s much better. the bus/truck is very comfortable, with big reclining chairs (which is a must since some tours leave at 5am and you will want to sleep until you get to your destination), and also very nice during the tours (in some of them you can go on top of it). breakfast is the best as well. the tours are very well organized, leaving earlier than the other companies so you won’t get the places crowded. they also create whatsapp groups to facilitate communication and to send pictures afterwards. our guide George gave us a beautiful picture of the sky when going to the geysers and our guide Barbara was very professional and clear to understand. as a bonus, Luis was a very good chat when we were on the road. their tours were my favourite and i definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed very much. The land scape is amazing. And with regard to Gardo 10, I would rank them 10. They were punctual, the car/truck is very convinient and the breakfast super tasty 😋

Grado 10 is more expensive than other tourism agencies, but no doubts that they are worth it! I did Geysers del Tatio and Laguna Cejar with the tour guide Marcos. Excellent guide and provided the best breakfast among the peers. The truck is very nice. During Geysers del Tatio they even gave me a blanket without asking. Recommend for everyone who wants to have a good time in Atacama.

I booked this tour with only few hour notice and they emailed me shortly after to say it has been confirmed. The valley itself did not impress me after all the awesome pictures I saw on google but I did an another tour with them the morning after (Lagunas altiplanicas) which was amazing and the service provided was great.

Just spent a few days in Atacama Desert... booked 3 days of excursions through Grad10 before leaving the UK. The excursions were genuinely exceptional. What made the trip for me was the guide ... a guy called Marcus ... totally exceptional in his knowledge of the entire area and exceptionally good on geology and well ....everything ! Without him not sure how good the trip would be ... he totally cared and did everything to make this a once in a Lifetime experience... not only that we would stop in the desert or at high altitude in the mountains ... set up a table and Marcus would cook a fresh breakfast in front of us ... pancakes from scratch, mini toasties piled with cheese, ham , tomatoes , onions .. fresh fruits , cakes and various sauces , fresh coffee and juices ... it was the breakfast that just kept on coming ... Well needed after a 5am start in the desert. I consider myself a pretty good cook ... this was superb ! The other thing that did it was the vehicle itself ... this monster off road cruiser was exceptionally spacious for all .. you did not miss anything with the extra large windows and the highlights was we sat on the roof and cruised through the dessert just before sunset .... just wow! Oh yeah and before that we had stopped off to sip some traditional Chilean drinks. There are no other vehicles like this in the area .. they are all your regular mini buses. All I can say is do it .. even if it is a tad more expensive than others ... you will not be disappointed !! Well done Marcus .... can’t thank you enough for filling my head with so many fantastic memories and lots of great information. Well done to the driver too , lots of tricky manoeuvres across the region.

We took the moon valley tour and it was ok, not blown away to be honest compared to other companies. I didn't quite see the value for the extra money you pay. Overall I enjoyed myself but mostly because the views are amazing per se!
