Great service and easy to schedule!! We went from Guarulhos to Congonhas and it was almost same price as two people using the available busses, but much more comfortable and faster. The driver was great and super safe! Fully recommend!!!

Incredible, attentive service. Easy and quick responses to communicate via WhatsApp in English. Really appreciate Camilla’s assistance to organise a total of 16 transfers for our wedding! This included transfers from GRU airport to hotels in SP, GRU/SP city to hotels in Indaiatubia and back. My guests felt safe and looked after. Unfortunately there was a price discrepancy error that we had to pay extra for from the original quote but it was communicated well.

Extremely courteous and highly efficacious both the online service as well as the impecable driver we had whose name was Moises. Top driver, helpful, friendly, educated and respectful as well as hyper professional. He was so great that I asked the control to send him again for my return trip. I must say it just made my trips back and forth from/to airport pleasant and safe !! I highly recommend him and of course the company taxi Guarulhos !! PROS - Easy to book. I received a quick response via WhatsApp, then email (at my request) (thanks, Camila) - Reasonable prices - They provided my driver's name, car information, and WhatsApp information one day in advance of my pick up - Both of my drivers communicated quickly through WhatsApp - Both drivers arrived on time, and my GRU driver awaited me in the terminal with a sign - Both drivers had decent vehicles, were polite, and drove well CONS - None!

This is the best choice to transfer in GRU for any other point in Sao Paulo and also, you are a foreign. 100% recommended as you pre-pay before getting on avoiding misunderstandings. I used the transfer from GRU to my hotel in center-norte. It is not cheap but of course, it is the fastest and safest way to move around the city. Transit in Sao Paulo is cahotic XD.

I am always cautious with taxis and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of finding and using this service. We arrived at GRU after flying from Buenos Aires with GOL airlines. We had our carry on baggage and followed the signs for taxis - arrived at the TAXI Guarulhos desk and a very helpful women took our destination and we made payment by credit card (Amex) before being issued with an instruction slip for the driver -detailing the destination and relevant details - and another slip for our own records. I went to the front of the taxi queue and handed the card to the driver. He took us to our hotel without incident. A good driver, a clean vehicle and a positive experience. Thank you.

Roberto, the driver, gave me indications at my arrival at the airport, was on time, drove well, was kind and respectful. If I need to, I will use Taxi Guarulhos again.

My family and I had a long trip from Australia to Sao Paulo and used Taxi Guarulhos that was recommended by a friend who lives there and it was perfect for us as they can travel quickly on the bus line and we didn't have to waste time on traffic. Apart from that if you want to have a reliable service and support a local and family business do not hesitate in using Taxi Guarulhos as I can assure you they are great people. I am using then now for all my trips and will recommend it to all my friends.

Just outside the arrivals-area you book your taxi, pay with credit card, give the ticket to the driver. englisch speaking and always a good option.

After long hours of air travel, tired and a bit cranky from continually 'reminding' my seat mate that his legs had not paid for space in my seating area - "por favor, não se espalhe" - it was with relief and satisfaction that my pre-arranged transport from Sao Paulo's International Airport exceeded my expectations. I requested the trip through Taxi Guarulhos' website during a layover window in Houston. Camila responded within minutes with complete information and pricing, and after my confirmation, she kept me updated with details. I was met outside of Customs by a charming Senhor Costa and had a safe ride in a spotless vehicle. The benefit of selecting a registered taxi in Sao Paulo (over Uber) is the ability for taxis to use the dedicated bus lanes thus reducing time in traffic. My compliments to the professional team at Taxi Guarulhos.

Camila answered my e-mails promptly from day one. The driver, Roberto Lessa, was really nice and was waiting for me when I got out from collecting my luggage. Their booth is located right outside Terminal 2 arrivals. Booth is large and easy to locate. Bought two tickets to the Tiete bus terminal and we went to the curb where we were met by a staff person who took our receipt and gave it to the next taxi waiting in line. Driver did not speak English, so not a lot of conversation. We were at the station in approximately 30 minutes.

we took this taxi for our journey from and to the airport as they have good boot space. Their charges are on higher side if compared to Uber but then if you need boot space then you need them.
