Great tour of the sugarloaf mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Our guide, Bruna Gonçalves, was informative and attentive. A great day discovering the two great landmarks of Rio de Janeiro.

Terrific guide, great driver! Anna Maria was so much fun and was a great guide we thoroughly enjoyed our day. The sights and views were superb. Always felt safe with Fabienneo driving. Not sure if I spelt that right. The communication before hand, and response time was very good.

To get there from the ipanema or Copacabana beach, you can take a Bus, Taxi or Uber. For most of the trail it’s even and flat. In The center close to the main entrance there is a beautiful building, were most visitors take selfies plus there’s a cafe where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.

Our tour guide was Priscilla and she was an absolute queen! The tour ended up just being 2 people (my partner and I) and Priscilla was so nice about taking only 2 people to see the sights. She was a very knowledgeable tour guide and a lovely person who went above and beyond to tell us many interesting things about Brazil. She was also a great personal photogtapher for us! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a nice calm morning seeing some of Rio's attractions. The busiest part was the Museum of Tomorrow, but was still worth the lines. Prompt pick up at hotel. Knowledgeable tour guide Flávio. Great driver. Felt safe. Answered all our questions. Time to look around as well as guided. Very good bbq lunch and we were ready for a break in the middle of the day! Learnt about history of the area and how Rio has evolved over the years. Would strongly recommend

Great experience. They picked us up at our Hotel the Grand Mercure on Copacabana, they parked along Avenida Atlantica and walked into the lobby to get us which was quick, and similar for the other travelers they picked up on Copacabana. Once we picked everyone up, we went straight to Cristo, then the Steps, then the Cathedral, Lunch and then Sugarloaf. We didn't have to do anything but go along and experience. They let everyone discovery freely at each area and set a time for everyone to be back by. The trip was very efficient and we got to do everything we wanted. The your guide was able to inform us of all the neighborhoods and interesting sites along the drive. He spoke in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They even let us cut out of the your early because we wanted to enjoy the DJ on Sugarloaf (which only happens on the weekends). We had left souvenirs in the van though... they took care of that for us though and dropped them off at the front desk of the hotel for us. This is the perfect tour for first time Rio visitors like us!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and organized. He kept the group informed and on-time while also being warm and friendly. He also seamlessly spoke to the group in both Portuguese and English. Christ the Redeemer is a beautiful sight to see and well worth the time. Seeing the city from that high up was a treat. Rio truly is an amazingly beautiful city and can’t wait to come back.

I felt really sorry for Raquel, since she absolutely did the best job she could to hold the day together. It was Jan 2nd and the traffic conditions were horrible. However, when you go with a highly rated and expensive tour company, you sort of expect them to plan for it. We were out from our hotel for 11 hours and perhaps did 2 hours of proper 'sight seeing'... the rest was either in the van or queues.... 45 minutes waiting outside Christ the redeemer in boiling sun was not enjoyable. I don't have any criticism of Raquel, but more to the team who didn't plan for the 'normal' Jan 2nd rush...

Really bad experience, I booked an afternoon sunset tour. Frustrating communication. They didn't pick up from the prearranged spot. They didn't reply to my messages. I only had a few days in Rio. They screwed up my stay in the city. Very flaky avoid them.

Pickup time was 8:30 from our hotel. The guide arrived on time but the transportation did not. Guide was furious and apologized to us. The transportation arrived one hour late. We get to the museum and the guide did not have our tickets. He said he is waiting for tickets in a text. We stood in the line and then came out as tickets never came. 30 minutes later tickets came and we continued our trip. Long story short, don’t trust this company and the tour. Don’t waste your money and the precious time. You can do better. Find an another tour . We will never hire this company again.

We booked an 8am tour 18 hours before the scheduled departure time. Viator confirmed. They had 18 hours to tell us there’s a problem. They asked us to be ready to leave our hotel at 8AM. We waited in the lobby, but no guide showed up. I contacted them right at 8am, letting them know we were ready for pickup. It was not until 8:08 am that the tour company reached out, informing me our tour was cancelled. This tour has the badge of excellence, but they cancelled our tour without even saying anything. When it was too late for us to book something else that day. We planned our day around this tour, and those plans are ruined. this is our last day in Rio. I’m shocked that a tour company with such good reviews would do this. They’re not worthy of the badge of excellence. This tour company sucks, and I suggest all people avoid them at all costs. Do not be fooled by the other reviews. They will abandon you.

Our family had the best time on this tour! Matheus was a very friendly, informative guide and Paulo was a fantastic driver. Highlight of our trip!

I did this tour with my family. Our guide was Daniel and he was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and did a great job keeping the whole group informed and on time. We saw all the main tourist attractions of Rio in one day! And I felt like the time at each location was well planned. We had enough time to buy snacks, take pictures, and walk around each stop.
