I'm trying to find words to describe this AMAZING experience, but I can't think of something good enough to make justice to what I've experienced. Assad is the BEST pilot I could have asked for. I'm not gonna lie, I was bloody nervous. I've never done anything so radical like that before. However, he made me feel safe and trust him. He has +40 years of experience and he knows what he's doing to make sure you will have the best flight ever. The pilot Assad was incredible from the first contact to the landing on the beach. I absolutely loved every single moment of the experience. If you are afraid, go anyway with. I promise, you won't regret! All his equipments are new and checked. You will be on the best hands. I will definitely do it again. Thank you so much Assad for being so patient with me and to help me overcome my fears 🙏🏽

Assad is a fantastic human! First of all, he’s so lovely and genuine He gave me an honest comment about the weather and time for jumping. The hang gliding experience was so good, and I didn’t scare because he’s so expert. He bought me a caipirinha for free after we landed and dropped me off in one of the famous Favela. I would jump with him for sure 💙

Assad was our man, he is a very lovely and very experienced hang glider and I would recommend him 100%. He advised us to wait a couple of days for better conditions and he knew exactly what he was talking about. The flight itself was perfect, better than I could have imagined. And it all felt so safe. If you've got the money, do it!!

I booked with Assad and from the beginning he was honest about the conditions for flying trying to find the best opportunity for max flight time and comfort. It took us several days before the wind conditions were optimal. The morning of the flight the fog was hanging on the mountain delaying our flight but everyone was hopeful! After some wait the clouds parted and we took off. Assad has incredible experience allowing him to be calm and confident. I trusted his experience! The flight was epic! Absolutely incredible to launch and fly over the rainforest down to the beach. Several cameras captured the whole flight and upon a smooth landing he was able to add all the photos and video to by phone in minutes(for a fee)! I would recommend him highly!

I have always wanted to do something risky while on vacation. Skydiving seem like too much and too expensive to start, so me and my friends decided to go with Hang Gliding. You can communicate with the guys through WhatsApp, they know English and they will confirm with you. When we arrived to the site the wind wasnt favorable so we waited like 1 hour for the wind to calm down again. After we paid a fee to enter the park i think it was around $25USD, and then we met our pilots who made us fill out forms and drove us to the top of the mountain to the Pedra Bonita. After that they told us exactly what we needed to do and what to hold. The Delta has 3 GoPros that will be recording you from before you run to take off, it records videos and take pictures. They charged 100 Reais for each camera, they will also show it to you before. Everything was nice and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend, we were in the air for like 7-9 minutes.

I'd been wishing to do hangglid in Rio for years already, and this time my partner and me finally decided to go it. What an experience it was!!! Worth every cent. We found Assad through Trip Advisor and it was a great find. He was very professional. Reacted quickly to my questions through WhatsApp and made sure I felt safe and had a great time before and during the flight. The views you have during your flight are simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this experience and certainly recommend Assad as a pilot.

I had a fear of heights and it is gone.... This is an amazing tour. They take you to a top of a mountain then you are giving trial runs on what you are to do. finally you set up on the plank run and in a few seconds you flying over Rio. Amazing view! grant you initially felt anxious, but once in the air, the guide is talking to you and a sense of relaxation comes. Very peaceful flying over Rio and i never felt in danger. I will make one recommendation for people interested in hand gliding. Because Rio is tropical the weather can change. I booked it on my last day in Rio and I got lucky that the weather was nice, but two hours later the rain came and i am guessing those who scheduled later flights had their flights canceled due to weather. My suggestion is schedule this during the early part of your vacation so in case of rain they can reschedule you on a nicer day. Dont miss this Greatest experience ever. Never taught I would have the guts to jump. There are some additional fees, which you have to pay regardless of which company you go with that go to municipality that thats care of the area and frees up the beach for your landing. We worth it, going to do this again when i return to Rio

Everyone involved really did an excellent job of making this a memorable experience! We met the guys taking us up, were given a summary of what to expect and eventually we were driven to the mountain where the hang gliding begun. The experience itself was great and easy and incredible. They were always professional, yet friendly and kind. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an exciting experience!
