About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Road278862436920 contributionsA Must When in IguazuSuperb day. Well organised, friendly, and absolutely stunning scenery. Roberto, our guide, was fantastic, approachable and made the experience 10/10.Written 5 March 2024
- drsim1960 contributionsA very nice experience overallStarted out a little slow. But after seeing the spectacular Devils throat view from the Brazilian side we transferred over to the Argentina side and there the value of our guide Bhrenno kicked in. The Brazil side was packed with people and pretty much a straight shoot. Bhrenno had explained the falls themselves and that doesn’t take too terribly long. But on the Argentina side there are many trails to choose from and they are wider, were less packed, and we saw so much wildlife and Bhrenno explained all…the ants, the butterflies, the bees, the trees, the animals. Had we not been with him it would’ve just been a walk to the falls. Instead it was an adventure.Written 4 March 2024
- 885evgeniat0 contributionsAmazing tripExcellent experience, I was the only person on that tour, guide/driver Adriano picked me up from the airport in the morning and took to Argentina first. He delt with all border crossing formalities both ways, I didn’t even have to leave the car. He hiked with me all open trails, took me to the best picture spots along the way, answered all my questions, advised on other activities around, always with a smile. On the way back to Brazil, he offered to stop by the 3-country boarder for excellent view and pictures. On the Brazilian side I even had time for a boat ride to the waterfalls what was unforgettable experience. After a hike to Devils Throat, we spotted a huge monkey family hiding behind the trees. What a treat! At the end of the day Adriano dropped me at the airport to catch flight back to Rio. Busy day, but unforgettable experience, thanks.Written 19 February 2024
- kristianeeh0 contributionsOne of the best days of my lifeThe views and waterfalls are absolutely amazing. It was enchanting and absolutely worth seeing. Our guide Roberto was great and thorough, ensuring that we got all information needed before going, and also during pick-up. He knows a lot about the area, it’s flora and animals, and shared his knowledge with us. He also took pictures and shared them with us after, which was much appreciated. I learned a lot. In addition there were several cool animals. One of the best days of my life!Written 18 February 2024
- Paolo P0 contributionsWorth itHad a very pleasant day, our guide Roberto was amazing from the pick-up to the very last end, very prepared, funny and not too heavy, you can see he really likes what he does. There was still some stuff to be paid like the two tickets for the parks, and in the end the price change was about 30/40$ but it was my bad misreading it , food was okWritten 17 February 2024
- Billmountford0 contributionsA big day really well handledIt was a very hot and busy day, being during Carnival but our guide Roberto maintained his professionalism and calm throughout the day. He managed the group of 14 of us extremely well. Its a big day but we would thoroughly recommend it if you don't have more time.Written 13 February 2024
- Dan F0 contributionsTotal frustrationThis is a review of both trip advisor and the tour. Booked through trip advisor. Selected hotel not determined. Found hotel (Exe Hotel Catarata…not great). However, tried to add hotel in the app, unable. Called tour operator 7-10 times, unable, wrong number, other numbers didn’t answer. Sent email to company. Unanswered. Called trip advisor, after many voice menus talked to human. She said she had updated hotel in the listing and would contact tour company. No one shows up at pickup. A half hour with the hotel agent and she finally says she is talking to a person. She hands me her phone. A man says they will be there in an hour (an hour and a half of waiting). No one shows. Although the hotel clerk sent them a picture of our ticket, she shows me a response to the picture of our ticket sent to them…we don’t have this listing. We get a cab and find a tour guide after we buy tickets. The whole tour was miserably hot (tour guide and cab driver were great). The whole experience was terrible (no hotel pickup even though they’d show an airport shuttle). We spent $1100 on plane tickets to do this tour from what seems to be a company that is non possible non existent. Don’t go in Feb..too hot!Written 13 February 2024
- Raelyn R0 contributionsFirst visit to Iguazú Falls. The tour was perfect. Options for people with limited stamina. Our guide, Bruno, is one of the best. You can tell he is truly caring and knowledgeable.Written 7 February 2024
- 788garryc0 contributionsA superb day tripSuperb trip. Our guide Adrian (thing that’s correct) was superb and very knowledgeable. The views from both sides of the falls is excellent. Note that whilst advertised as a 8h excursion, it was nearly 12h from pick up to drop off.Written 5 February 2024
- Thomas E0 contributionsOnce in a lifetime experienceIf you visit South America and don't come to Iguassu you will come to regret it , big time. Definitely worth at least 2days in your schedule as the experience cannot be replicated anywhere Extremely high value , close proximity and time saving of these 3 activities plus the ' oh my God falls', is simple a no- brainer MUST if you are aware of this secret gift from the gods.My only regret was out of ignorance- should have seen the 2nd largest dam in the world at night.Written 31 January 2024
- Chris Y0 contributionsGreat tour! This tour was great. Roberto the guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything was really well organised. We were contacted a couple of days in advance regarding what to take with us, and the evening before regarding final pickup times on the day. The falls are amazing, and was taken around all parts of the national park. Entrance to the park can be paid with credit card in both Argentina and Brazil. However we were warned that card payments don’t always work on the Argentine side, so it is advisable to take cash to pay in Argentina(20000 pesos in Jan 2024). There is also a tax on the Argentine side, which has to be paid in cash(700 pesos in Jan 2024). The entry fee in Brazil was 100 Reais (in Jan 2024)Written 29 January 2024
- Passenger2016970 contributionsPerfect Iguazu falls tripI organized my trip at the last minute and I was really worried. It turned out that there was no reason :). everything was very well prepared, Riccardo was a perfect guide - punctual, competent and with an eye for interesting details. In summary: a trip worth every dollar spent.Written 22 January 2024
- Fail10 contributionsIf you want to see both sides in 1 day, book this.I wasn’t sure whether to book this or not but I’m glad I did. No, it’s not cheap but there is value. Our guide, Roberto, picked me up right on time. We picked up some other passengers and headed to the Argentina side. One benefit of having a tour is a seamless transition between countries. And that became important when the line to enter Brazil was literally a mile long. There is a special lane for tour groups. No exiting the vehicle, Roberto did all the paperwork. He went to get our tickets, then walked us around each site. He arranged for a golf cart on the Argentinian side for a couple that wasnt up for the walk. It was a very long day but honestly I couldn’t have done this on my own in one day. If you have but one day, book this tour.Written 8 January 2024
- danica m0 contributionsGreat tour of Iguazu falls national parksRobert was a great, attentive guide. The tour was efficient and allowed to see the amazing falls from both Argentina and Brazil with freedom.Written 3 January 2024
- WilliCJ0 contributionsThe experience could not have been better!Nothing could have gone better! Our pickup was only 5 minutes behind schedule, even after waiting for a no-show who hadn't bothered cancelling, before picking us up. As it was we were early enough that we could stop for a coffee on the way and still be there in time for the second flight of the day. Our guide Antonio was brilliant, he sorted the border crossings for us, in both directions, and the flight tickets as well as providing a great running commentary throughout. The flight itself gave us the most spectacular views of the falls and seemed much longer than the 12-15 minutes that it actually was. They even arranged for a magnificent sunny day, with almost no wind!Written 3 January 2024

We bought full day trip to Argentinian iguazu fall. The trip was suppose to include the return transfer from Foz do Iguazu (Brazil), garganta del diablo, lower and upper circuts. Apart from both of us there was an older lady 67years old). When we reached the bridge to the garganta del diablo we said yo our guide that we will go faster to spend there more time so she( our guide) can go slower with the older lady. Our guide agreed and said she would be waiting for us. When we came back we waited 1 hour fir the guide and as we could not get any wifi to write to our guide we decided to go to lower circut were we immediately called the agency asking where is our guide. We thought that something had happed to the older lady. To start with no one spoke English or Spanish do it was difficult to communicate. We said were we are and asked where is the guide and we were she is at the exit of the park it was around noon so half a day of our trip. We went only to lower circut as we were afraid we would run out of our time. When we went to the exit (we still had time till the end of our trip) we searched for our guide, for the car ...our guide left without trying to call us or make sure someone else would take us back to Brazil. She took also the money for the tourist tax. We found wifi and wrote her were she was but she replied that she waited for us 1 hour but the older lady was tired so SHE LEFT. After that she switched of her whats up. We were very stressed and we called again the agency and waited 1,5 hours for another guide who finished full day trip with other customer and went with them back to Brazil. Please be aware as this was a serious negligence of safety. Something might have happened to us but the guide which we paid for did not bother to take care our safety, did not tried to call us to make sure we are ok, left us in the foreign country without help. We asked for the refund but we were informed that we can get 25£ discount for the next trip which we will never book again. Just the calls we made on roaming in Argentina would be much more than 25 pounds. Unfortunately we will not get any refund hence we would like to warn everyone so nobody will experience what we have had.

Dear LuigidX9631ZV,
Thank you for your review.
The guide advised that you decide to move away from the group to do more instead of going along with the guide and the shared group. She advised against it due to the chance of a Mismatch, but as you preferred to go ahead, she settled a meeting point and a time and you missed that time to be there. She waited but eventually had to continue with the tour.
When we received your call, we advised where the guide us, but instead of meeting with the guide you chose to to another part of the Park. We then arranged for you to come back with another guide and group.
Unfortunately with you missing the time to meet at the schedule place and having preferred to extend your visit rather than meet with the guide when you made contact with us, made it impossible for the guide to stay endlessly waiting.
Ideally when doing a shared group you should always be at your guide or at least meet the group at the scheduled time and place.
Thank you.

Excellent guide, excellent experience at the falls, all around very happy with my trip! The guide was on time with everything, knew the best way to experience the falls to avoid the crowds and the blazing sun. I really enjoyed both days, the falls will blow you away!! Highly recommend adding the boat trip, it was 100% worth it!!

A well-planned trip. Great experience. I was picked up on time, and everything else on the itinerary, in spite of the many different "moving parts" was executed smoothly and professionally. The only thing I would have changed was the amount of information shared regarding the history of the place, but in the end, this is something that one can easily read about independently. I took the combined trip to both sides and also thought that a little more info on how lunch worked on the Brazilian side should have been offered. But everything regarding the tour itself was great - just the right amount of walking, just the right amount of time at various locations, just the right balance to give you a good experience and a feel for the place. I have to point out that the weather, the border crossing, and the size of the group can change all of this easily, so a certain amount of luck is mixed in. The guide was great. Do I wish he had better English - yes, but it was manageable, and to my surprise, English speaking turned out to be a problem in Brazil in general. It appears to be a chauvinistic issue - Brazil being friends with China, Russia and India, does not put her in the best of company this way. Even flights and airports there do not have announcements in English, so I was happy to get a guide who might not have spoken perfectly, but managed to communicate the basics.Overall, 5 stars.

From the Brazilian side, one has a great panoramic view of the entire Falls. From Argentina side one can get in close proximity to the water.falling down.. At the viewing platforms along the meandering boardwalks at various elevations one feel the sheer might of nature up-close. For more exhilarating experience there are boat trips for a shower of life being bathed by hundreds of hosepipes hitting the face. The shrieks come out spontaneously. .It is a worthwhile adventure.

Hi - I just booked 2 tickets for this transfer for August 3rd.
I know I have to buy tickets to enter the Iguazu park online, but while trying the buy the tickets the Argentinian website asks me at which time I will enter the park. Can you please confirm which time I should inform? Thank you.
Hola, me gustaría saber si para osar al lado argentino se piden exámenes PCR o antígeno. Además si voy niños menores de 12 años si les piden a ellos
