About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- megagarwal0 contributionsGreat for the familyMy kids loved this park. it was just great and we easily spent 2 days here. They have 2 water parks, one is at a height. A tip here is that the waterpark at the height has a slightly hidden escalator on the left of the staircase if you dont wish to climb. There is an indian fast food restaurant in the park as wellWritten 21 November 2024
- calvint5120 contributionsgood parkthis is a good place for family gathering, close to city and easy to access. don't forget the bird show before you leave. highly recommended for family activity.Written 1 November 2024
- adachichi19720 contributionsOur guide, Richard, was very good.I was generally satisfied with the entire tour. First, we went to the Blue Mosque, which was a bit congested, but we arrived in good time. Next, we went to the Batu Cave, which was also no problem. As for the Blue Mosque, a local volunteer guide was with us the whole time and gave us a very detailed explanation of the culture and the building. As for Batu Cave, there was no guide, but we could see him without any problem. I was a little worried about the stairs because they looked very steep, but because I climbed slowly, I could get there without any problem. There were so many monkeys that I had no problem at all because they were very gentle. The best part of the tour was that Richard, our guide, taught us many things along the way, which were very useful for us.Written 7 September 2024
- summerchill50 contributionsDisappointing and expensive for what you getWe arrived by taxi at the theme park, we had paid online but there were not heavy lineups even though it was the weekend, we arrived late morning. Easy smooth entry, staff helpful, in fact overall staff was helpful. Pricing if you are not Malaysian however is quite high. I was obliged to pay "international TRAVELLER" rate even though I have been living in Malaysia for 4 years with a resident visa...and we had to pay 40 RM for a small locker that did the job. The park is nothing special but it's ok but not for the high price we paid. We had pizza for lunch and it was good but as to be expected at this expensive park, it was a touch expensive. We went to see the various theme parks and rides but mostly for the water park. We went on the best ride and it was fun but not so long. We visited a few other things which were nothing special before getting wet at the water park (bring your own towels). Well the water park was a boring and dull dud and the water not so clear, not dirty but not so clear... we get to the theme park at 11:00 and then go to the water park in the top of the afternoon... and the big wave pool, well it won't have waves until 4:30 pm! Yup scheduled that way according to the life guard swimming in the pool. What a joke, most of the day will be done before you get one wave. My daughter and I have been to other water parks in Thailand and Malaysia and North America and that is a first. Since the overall park is kind of boring and on the old side, we did not want to wait 3 1/2 hours for the waves. There are much better water parks in Malaysia in Penang for much less money and they are MUCH better. I can't recommend the place, the fact it is clean and staff are nice does not offset that the park is boring, dated and has a water park with just big open water pool but not as promised with waves etc. Go somewhere else in KL with your kids especially if you are not Malaysian, because here they will charge you much more even if you live in Malaysia.Written 6 September 2024

- margaretbK4952LJ0 contributionsNot worth the priceI booked this tour for a group of ten people arriving via cruise ship. Rather than risk finding someone in the port, I wanted to guarantee the experience. Bad idea. I overpaid and got bad service. Firstly, they arrived an hour late. Yes, there was traffic, but there is always traffic and this should have been planned for. Second, instead of brining a van for my large group, they came in two cramped passenger cars which were dirty and smelled bad. Finally, the guide was totally surprised to see the itinerary, printed directly from the Viator listing. They had no idea where they were supposed to take us and kept having to be asked. They basically just wanted to take us to some stores where they would get a kick-back. Terrible experience and not recommended.Written 12 May 2024
- annapX3735AP0 contributionsSunway lagoon park. Best day everSunway Lagoon Park is a great place where everyone can enjoy and I really mean it. If u need to refresh from hot weather there is an aquapark, if you need some trills and adventure-- the amusement park is there, if you are looking for a place to walk and enjoy the nature -- the zoo and birds park is there. Some tips -- take with u the swimming clothes if u are planning aqua park and after can change and continue exploring the rest of the park or the mall next to it. Well done for the park management for promoting sustainability. Secondly, do not miss the birds show, animals feeding timings and the zoo guide tour; I reccomend to buy there special bag to feed animals and fishes, its a great fun and good gesture Special thanks for the amazing tours to Foong and Jessica ( amazing guide and story telling about animals) Definitely recommend to visit and thanks for the best day everWritten 21 March 2024
- JKEmilyFamily0 contributionsTraveller beware - find a different agency for your Malaysian holiday tours.Riyas Travel sold me timed entry tickets to the Petronas Twin Towers which they did not have. By agreement with them the tour was cancelled and a full refund was promised. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp, they have ignored my communication and have not refunded my $. My advice would be to not use this agency.Written 26 January 2024
- 122mariush0 contributionsWorst experience in MalaesiaBad experience, scammers. Fake agency, they are interesed only to take your money and to offer you almost nothing. Better get a Grab or a taxi and you'll be more satisfied.Written 1 January 2024

- tdwingate0 contributionsRobbed in broad daylight. This is only a critique of the product that was offered not of the Driver. The driver was a young lady who was an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. The issue was the price for the car which was exorbitant it cost 330 myr to pick us up at a hotel less than 5km or a 15 minute ride then take us to the Butterfly Park 700 meters around the corner and the orchid park was across the road. My advice get a taxicab from your hotel to park which would have been 40 myr, then tour the bird park grab a taxi outside of bird park to the butterfly park maybe 20 myr . Do the butterfly park then walk across the road to orchid garden. When you are done grab a cab back to hotel, 50myr. So for a third of the price we could have done exactly the same tour without using this company. Iam also sure that you could strike a deal with the taxicab driver who picks you up at your hotel to drive you with a price around 120 myr so you don’t have to hail a different car each time. Feel very cheated for paying the company price for the car service.Written 12 November 2023
- 667dhrutib0 contributionsVery goodThe driver lady who was with us, she was so humble and very nice human being. She was with us like a family member.Written 30 October 2023
- Fred B0 contributionsAvoid - over-sell and under-deliverDo not bother - get a proper guide or hire Grab (Uber) to see what you want. Our driver messed up our pick-up, was inexperienced, nervous and difficult to understand. She was however polite and a good driver. 23 attractions advertised, 16 listed and the traffic can be so bad that you will be lucky to see half of those. Operator fails to mention slow, slow traffic even when knows of events and street closures and did not suggest a revised program that is doable and hits the 4-5 highlights. We were so frustrated going 5km/hour to a sight that we said that we had seen and did not revisit, that we cancelled the trip two hours early.Written 15 October 2023
- Abu_Firas_110 contributionsNever missFrench Village is a great place to spend 4-5 hours easily. Such a wonderful architectural design of colorful buildings, arranged in an astonishing style. Go up to the tower, have a look at the village from the top, visit Eiffel Tower, feed the ducks, dine in in any of many restaurants in every corner or do a good stroll between the houses. A lot of fun if you have kids.Written 27 September 2023

We liked Putrajaya. The buildings architecture is amazing. We had an amazing tour guide/driver from Vyas travel.
Batu Caves seems to be hype in our opinion. Climbing up all those steps for 70 year olds was a bit difficult on the knees.
Loved Kuala Lumpur tour too, unfortunately our tour coincided with the Chinese new year and school holidays... so lesson learnt not to visit during festive season.

The tour was good. I was under the impression it was a group tour but it turned out to be a private tour. Navin, the driver and tour guide was patient and informative. We went round the city, hitting the almost all the important highlights. The private tour allows you to avoid things you don't want to do or not particularly exciting. Expensive but allows efficiency.
