About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- thecatyoung0 contributionsGreat tickets! What a fantastic place to visit for great views of Kuala Lumpur! This was so easy to get to and we had no trouble getting in using this vendor because we had our tickets sent to us the night before. What a wonderful experience!Written 29 December 2024
- 441maxc0 contributionsHorrible experience, will never use them again.Absolutely terrible customers service. All I purchased were admission tickets for Sunway Lagoon from them. Asked them to issue 2 days before, the day before, and multiple times the day of. Waited at Sunway Lagoon entrance for 3 hours with 5 kids, attempting to call, text and otherwise contact Travel Asia Exp the entire time and they responded once every hour or so, and only issued the tickets after 3 hrs, wasting a total of 8 people’s lives. Horrible experience, will never use them again.Written 27 December 2024
- 848kimg0 contributionsTerrific Tour Of PenangWe spent the day with Vejay. He picked us up at the port and we went directly to Penang Hill for the funicular ride up. We had the express pass but it still took 40 mins in the line. It is a very busy spot. We spent some time up in the hill and saw the temple but due to the long wait we didn’t have time to walk through the habitat. From there we visited the Kek Lok Si temple complex. Vejay drove us right to the top and purchased our ticket to take the ride part way down. The entire area is beautiful with many different styles of temples. It was a wonderful spot to see. Vejay was able to give us a lot of information about the culture, religion and customs of the people living in Penang. And he answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. He took lots of pictures for us as well We also saw the reclining Buddha at the Thai temple and had a blessing by a monk at the Burmese temple. It was an excellent seeing the sights and learning a lot about the area.Written 28 November 2024
- L1fesabeach0 contributionsBeautiful views, but the staff’s lack of attention made the experience less enjoyable.Sky Cab Langkawi offers breathtaking views, particularly if you visit early in the morning before the crowds arrive. The ride is smooth, and the panoramic vistas of Langkawi’s lush landscapes make it well worth the trip. However, our experience was marred by a lack of attentiveness from the staff. When we boarded the cable car at the top to head back down, the staff failed to check our tickets while we waited for the cab. As we were about to board, they questioned whether we had the correct ticket for the 360-degree cab, despite having the right one. This confusion was frustrating, especially since the 360-degree cab only arrives approximately every 20 minutes, and we had already waited for quite a while. The issue could have been easily avoided with better customer service.Written 18 November 2024
- Escape380829468540 contributionsGood service to amirrul & he outlet beach grill. He very friendly and love itBest place for release stress. Nice for chill & fun. Please advices for more any offer or food and drinks. Thank you & see you againWritten 7 October 2024
- ZainabAdams0 contributionsStay elsewhereThe staff at the hotel couldn’t care less about the guests and the prices you’re paying for. Despite alot of check in staff and front staff - service is non existent- they speak to each other. The room on arrival was spacious, but dirty and smelt of urine. On the third clean we insisted ( and I showed them the black and thick dust) including dirty bedding - the room was finally at an acceptable level to stay. The breakfast is terrible . The only compliment - the amazing lifeguards especially the one that serenaded throughout his shift - thank you & I hope you get the raise you deserve. I wouldn’t bother staying and instead - book at another hotel close or apartment. Therr is not a lot to do in the area of Legoland / JB - hence a great hotel is a must. Stay elsewhereWritten 24 June 2024
- bookmuseumtravel0 contributionsA must do in GentingDefinitely a must do when visiting Genting Highland. The scenery from high above is really jaw dropping! Really worth the ticket price. Better book the ticket online to avoid long queue.Written 23 March 2024

- Patricia0508750 contributionsA way to see LangkawiThe ticketing booth is a 5mins walk from the carpark. As we are walking towards the ticketing booth. We will sure pass through the oriental village. Oriental village are made up of shops selling chocolates, beach wear, souvenirs shops and etc… The ticket cost RM85 for entry to Skycable, Sky Dome(3D show), Skyrex(4d show) and the 3D museum. The journey up the mountain via the skycable was breathtaking n we could not stop taking photos. There is a stop at mid hill where we exist to walk around n take photograph. After which we continue our journey up to the mountain top. When we reached the top, you can either choose to walk (324 steps) to the Skybridge or pay RM2 to take the skyglide. There is only one skyglide cabin going up and down the hill. The scenery on the Skybridge is spectacular. We can see the ongoing construction of the eagle nest skywalk. It will be the next big thing on this mountain. All in all, we enjoyed the trip up there. My teens children were not interested in the 3/4D show and the dome so we left upon descending from the mountain.Written 29 May 2023
- Resort084929922130 contributionsNeither excellent nor badReception was great. Lobby needs to be more vibrant and one dedicated supervisor for the newly arrived guests. No one offers luggage assistance. Room with one king bed and bunk bed. Good size pirate room, but the toilet requires a facelift. Breakfast-crowded but manageable. Parking is complimentary. Easy access to Legoland via LG2. Purchase an Annual Pass for discounts. Will return, but the hotel seriously needs to take the business seriously.Written 5 February 2023
- brew7520 contributionsWorth a visit but the pictures are no longer a true representationAs with most things Malaysia that age, they don’t seem to age too well, we went on a Fri and it was really quiet with only 4 slides were working and only 2 would accommodate my daughter. The lazy river was also broken and they were attempting to fix it. It was a fun 4hrs and probably worth the entry free. Be aware you need cash for the locker and inflatable rentals plus food.Written 21 October 2022
- DutoKL0 contributionsNightmare trip booked on Kiwi.comNever, never book a flight with kiwi.com. I lost the return ticket for my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Dubai because they booked the first leg of the return on low fare airline (air Asia) to Chennai where I have two and a half hour transit time. But Air Asia claimed that they are point to point airline and transit flights are not allowed and did not allow me to board. I lost the return ticket and had to book another on different airline. It was complete nightmare. Never again will I use kiwi.com.Written 4 October 2022
