After hotel pickup in the late afternoon, you'll be transferred to Bijan, a Kuala Lumpur restaurant. Meet your sous chef, and get to work during your masterclass to learn how to make a Malay dish.
When you're done with the lesson, sit down to dinner at the restaurant, and then take a walk along nearby Changkat Buket Bintang for a look at the city's nightlife. (Hotel drop-off is not provided.)
The menu changes depending on the day for both the class and dinner. Tuesdays and Fridays feature Malaysian festival favorites; Wednesdays and Saturdays feature East Coast specialties; and Thursdays and Sundays feature street food.
