At the beginning of this class, wear original Kimono style apron and the class starts at making traditional Japanese soup stock, Dashi. Your instructor guides you step by step how to make savory Dashi and tips of making beautiful soup.
Next, kitchen knives and chopping boards will be provided to each participant to prepare the ingredients of tempura. In this experience, you make 4 kinds of vegetables tempura and 2 kinds of fish tempura including one big shrimp!
At the end, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let's say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the meal you made served with steamed rice, chilled tofu.
