Our guide for the tour was Stefanie, who was extremely attentive and had an in-depth knowledge of the history, which she shared in an engaging way. I would definitely return, as the city is incredible! At every tourist spot we visited, I felt like spending the entire day exploring!

Views at Mt Hua were breathtaking and amazing. Stefanie was a great host and put in much effort to make our group of seniors and young adults enjoy our experience fully. Everything went as planned from the time she picked us up till we were back to our hotel. All of us had a great time, be it a slow leisurely walk or an exhilarating trek up the peaks of mount hua.

I was thinking about just getting a car(driver) to take me to the Terracotta Warriors but thought it would be much better if there was someone to explain about the museum and I was 100% right. Even though I was a solo traveler, I'm glad that I did a one day private tour with Melanie as I would have not been able to seen the museum as I did on the tour. My guide Melanie was very informative and I was able to learn very much from her. Also, the car arranged by the tour was very clean and was comfortable. Lastly, one advise to the provider is that it would be much better if tourist could know the estimated time of return to town when booking the tour.

We are travellers from Victoria BC Canada. We flew from Shanghai to Xi'an arriving at 9:30am and were met at the airport by Melanie, our guide provided by Stefanie's Xi'an tour. We spent 2 full days in Xi'an. We are very pleased with Melanie's guide service, her command of the english language is superb, she is very knowledgeable of the ancient chinese history during the reign of different emperors dynasties. Melanie took us to the terracotta army warriors and showed the number of pits where they were discovered. She also took us to the city wall in Xi'an as well as the Wild Goose Pagoda, drum tower, bell tower, as well as to the Muslim quarter. Our short 2 days in Xi'an made us very knowledgeable about the history of Xi'an, thanks to Melanie our guide provided by Stefanie's Xi'an private tour. We would certainly recommend Stefanie Xi'an private tour to anyone visiting Xi'an, she is reliable and charged reasonable rate. Our private driver Zhang drove us back to the airport on the last day, he was punctual and very courteous despite no english, but we used Google translate and it did the job. Bravo to Stefanie, Melanie and Zhang !!!

Our first time to see the terracotta army and our experience was made even more special by our guide Melanie who was charming and knowledgeable. She came to pick us up at our hotel at 7.30 so that we could get in early (strongly recommended). We were driven there and after we got our tickets we were in! It was truly amazing to be face to face with a world long gone and have someone who could tell you all about it in an informative way. Very recommended!

We were thankful that even though we got in a little later in the morning that Stefanie and her team were able to help put together a great day trip out. Her attention to detail and very friendly service was like you were talking with an old friend. Definitely give them a call whatever your need and they'll get things in order.

This was our first trip to Xi'an, and we spent 2 days with Stefanie visiting the Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Palace, the Big Goose Pagoda, the City Wall and the Muslim Quarter. Stefanie is very knowledgeable and friendly. Her English is great and she is organized, efficient and fun. It was easy to arrange everything with her beforehand. The car was very nice - clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the days we spent with Stefanie - we learned so much and she made it easy to see a lot in 2 days. She also arranged for us to have a day trip out of Xi'an to the Longmen Grottos and the Shaolin Monastery. We took the train to Luoyang Longmen and the guide (also great!) and driver met us at the train station. It worked out perfectly. Stefanie was even able to arrange a last-minute driver for us to do a day of sight-seeing on our own. I would definitely recommend Stefanie - great service and a great way to make the most of your time in Xi'an.

We used Stefanie to arrange transfers between train, hotel & airport. Then we hired a guide and driver for a full day. She was so patient with all my questions and even helped us connect with a person who did a huge bag of laundry for us overnight, complete with pick up and delivery for far less than a hotel would have charged. Our day trip with Melanie, an English speaking guide, was so memorable. We went to see the terra cotta warriors, ate at a Muslim restaurant, walked the city wall and visited the Muslim quarter. She was incredibly helpful in doing some shopping with us. I would definitely recommend Stefanie to plan your entire Xian stay. Great service and value.

Stephanie was a great and friendly tour guide. She is very knowledgeable in all sites and has a great English. She is very sweet and even bought us ice cream after a hot bike ride. Everything ran on time,the cars were nice and everything went smoothly. Book her !! Shes great!

It was a great day with Stefanie. She picked us up at the hotel and made sure we had water. We had young children with us and she made them feel comfortable and helped them enjoy themselves as we worked through the crowds of the Terra Cotta Warrior tour. She was also very knowledgeable of things in the area and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In fact, this was my sister-in-law's second time hiring her as our guide because she was impressed with her the first time. Highly suggest using her services.
