Shore Excursion: 2-Day St. Petersburg City Tour
USD 210.00
Spend two days exploring St. Petersburg on a guided tour when your ship pulls into port. With a guide handling navigation and transportation, visit landmarks such as the Peter and Paul Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Peterhof, and the Catherine Palace and Park, hearing in-depth commentary about each place along the way. You’ll also get early access to the popular Hermitage, meaning you won’t have to deal with the pesky crowds.
What to Expect
When your cruise ship pulls into St. Petersburg's port, disembark and meet your guide. On the first day, you’ll head to Peterhof for a tour of the Upper Gardens and the Lower Fountain Park, where you’ll hear about the history of this impressive landmark.

Spend the afternoon in Pushkin exploring Catherine Palace and Park. Return to St. Petersburg for a subway station and farmers market visit, which gives you a window into the life of locals. Return to the ship or opt for an evening program of a folk show and boat trip.

On the second day, enjoy convenient pickup and head directly to the Hermitage Museum, where you’ll enjoy the privilege of early-morning admission. Move on to the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood before stopping for lunch (at your expense), and then take off for a boat ride on the city's canals. In the late afternoon, take a walking tour with your guide along Nevsky Prospect, where you can take in the ambiance of the city and do some shopping at Gostiny Dvor and the Eliseyev Emporium food hall.

End the day with included transportation back to the cruise port.

I would say you can't, as you can only travel with a visa. That's why I booked a tour, Visa is covered and you are collected from and returned to ship.

I am not sure as we were on a cruise; however, I would simply email TJ Tours. I had a couple of questions, and they were very responsive. They always got back to me within 24 hours.
