          Very Good life Experience
Travel advisor Ms. Teresa MacReyes ( From Explore Cebu Tours & Travels ).Ms. Teresa MacReyes I really appreciated your communication with me before the trip & during the trip & after the trip, particularly getting the last minute seats for my trip to swimming with Sharks in the Sumion Sandbar island.  I had an absolutely fabulous time. I was traveling alone to swim with sharks 🦈 but never felt alone with a group of retirees from 🇺🇸 USA. Thank you.

Great option for one day snoorkeling trip from manila
Its great option for one day Manila trip to swim and snoorkeling in nice place, but also take photo on vulcan islands. All is prepared and tour guide will pick you and drop you at your hotel. Ideal for e.g. jetlag day after arrival to Manila.

Up Close to an Active Volcano
I was looking for something unique that was kind of close to Manila and stumbled across this. Perfect. I booked at 11:00 at night and Carlo was there at 5:20am as promised. Wow, great service. It's a two hour ride south to the Taal lookout. Awesome. Lots of scenery along the way. Carlo is an extremely safe driver, and made appropriate pit stops. Patient, friendly and conversational the entire time. A ride down the mountain to the dock where a tour guide, Van, and a pilot, Runell, loaded us into an outrigger and drove us around the ACTIVE VOLCANO, providing commentary all along the way. Although the water was choppy the boat was pretty stable. If you're adventurous this is great, if not, this might not be for you. My scaredy cat girlfriend made it through the two hour boat ride just fine. It was very beautiful, pretty fun, and unique. Altogether an eight hour adventure. Drop off back at my hotel. Glad I did this.

          Fantastic tour
Allen is the best tour guide I have ever seen, friendly, warm and funny! During the journey, he talked about Philippine culture, economy, and political customs. The volcano cruise is comfortable and exciting. Only this way can you see the panoramic view of the volcano. It is a journey rich in humanities and nature.

          Amazing tour of Taal volcano!
I had a great experience during this tour. We visited the Taal volcano and I would highly recommend. The whole tour was incredible, but what made it extra special were our guides, Eddy, Jen and Loonie. They went above and beyond and accommodated to every request we had. I hope to come back and will make sure to book my tours with them! Thank you for the service and incredible hospitality.

Deceiving tour not a full day.
Definitely not a full day island hopping tour. We started at 6am and finished at 10:30am back to the hotel and that was it.

          Great experience!
What a great day! We started early to avoid traffic, and also had a much less crowded visit at the volcano as we arrived earlier than most visitors. The heat was also not so bad earlier in the day. The hike is a bit strenuous but I enjoyed it tremendously. Our guide at the volcano was knowledgeable and approachable, and answered all our questions readily. I felt safe and in good hands! I also had options to stop at various places after the hike, such as for lunch, to see a few more things, or to shop a bit, and I appreciated this flexibility. I wish I had taken more cash for Buko pies! The volcano itself is the most incredible site, I'm infinitely glad I made this trip and would recommend this tour company happily!

          Amazing volcano
It was amazing, really well organized, the driver was very nice and explained us a lot of things about the trip and the country in general. The volcano is really beautiful - you can find a lake in the lake there. worth it.

Choose another place where the Whaleshark are not abused
it was a thrill for us to be in the water with the Whalesharks. However, the aftermath, we felt it is not right that the 2 whalesharks are swimming within a length of less then 150 meters. In order to keep these 2 fish within the catchment area for the tourist business. There are 2 boats that goes up and food is constantly dropped alongside so that these fish will follow the boat. for a fish on this big size. As the boat do not maintin a straight path, the fish hardly swims straight on. Worst still, every 80 meters or so it makes a turn. I reckon it is less then every 10 seconds that it makes a turn back as it follows the 'feeding boat' . I was told that it starts as early as 7ish in the morning and probable ends around 3pm. Can you imagine the fish swimming in this manner for more then 6 hours daily. I regretted spending time and money on this.

          Taal was amazing!
Absolutely loved it - especially when we got to the top - breath taking views of the sulfur lake & crater. We also saw some steaming, small active volcanoes!!! We enjoyed a refreshing coconut drink at the Paradise restaurant at the top! I'd advise you take a horse up unless you are super fit. The trek is very steep, and coupled with the humidity, can be quite challenging. Jobelle, our guide, was super friendly, and so knowledgeable! A must do! Driver was on time picking us up from Crimson Hotel at 540am - very courteous and drove us safely from the hotel and back. My daughter bonded with her horse, Patricia, and titled her MVP of the day! Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The driver's attitude was very good, and he gave us 40 minutes for breakfast. Knowing that we were Taiwanese, he also found a Chinese radio for us to listen to. He didn't chat all the time when we wanted to take a rest (the tip should be given to the entire car, which seemed to us) Give too much). If there is no lake tour, the volcano tour is just to see the scenery. The best thing is that he took us to the side of the lake, which is a very peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. If you need a lake tour, remember to bring more money! The scenery of the waterfall boating experience is very spectacular, and the logging next to the final waterfall is included in the itinerary without paying (our boat driver told us). Everything was fine except for one of the boatmen who was aggressive and wanted a tip of 500pesos (our tour guide told us that it was up to us whether we wanted to tip or not because the money for hiring them was included in the trip and we could ask the boatman about this).

        Tour guide tip: 500 pesos/person
        Boatman tip: 200 pesos/person × 2
(Before departure, I was very confused about how much to tip. I hope this comment can help people in need)

Our guide/driver vincent arciga pick us up very early morning at our hotel lobby. We stopped for breakfast 30mins on Starbucks and then went to picnic grove to look the volcano.
The view of volcano is so amazing. vincent also told us the on the back side of 50 piso bill, we can find the picture of taal volcano.
after that we go to baywalk to have more closely view of taal lake,it's so beautiful so we took a lot of pictures.
and then we drived to pagsanjan waterfall. 2 boatmans take care our boat and one of boatman told me that he is 63 years old and he still can keep his body shape well just like young man. we gave tips 200 peso for each boatmans.
we got extremly wet under the 2nd waterfall and came back safely then have phillipines traditional lunch after change our clothings.
the car ride is quite long on the way back to manila metro. it takes almost 3 hours due to traffice jam. but thanks for vincent, he is so nice and introduced phillipines food and cultures so that we are not feeling boring during the trip. we will give 5 stars rating to vincent.

Overall I had only 2,5 days in Manila, but I did not want to spend them just by sitting at the hotel swimming pool or viewing concrete jungle. So, I decided to go for this trip - outside the city, closer to nature and, of course, safer if this trip is done by a local. And it was the correct choice! We had our fantastic guide Allan, who took care of us whole journey long. He safely drove us to volcano Taal: first of all to take a look from far, and then closer from the lake side. Our small group chose to go for a 2h boat trip to volcano Taal (and again it was absolutely correct choice, as the volcanic island showed completely different looks from each perspective). I particularly liked a lot to see the local fishermen daily routines, when they take care about their fishing areas, fishing nets etc. The second big journey was to Pagsanjan Waterfalls, and it was even more amazing experience. Jurassic park views, feeling like in the middle of jungle, beauty of nature and the power of river was there! On top of that we were brought by boat and two professional local rowers against the river flow and over the rapids to the waterfalls (it seemed like these two men know each stone under the water by heart). Woooow. Nature is amazing, and so is the main Pagsanjan waterfall. What a wonderful process and experience! So, I definitely recommend this 2-in-1 tour to others, who like nature more than concrete city jungle views.

My wife and I had a great time during our honeymoon on this tour. They picked us from our hotel and dropped us off. Daniel (our driver) was very friendly and helpful! The tour was very flexible allowing us to choose whether to do the boat around the volcano or not (which we did and you should too).

The car was a very comfortable new car but if you are not in good shape I would recommend passing on this. There are a lot of speed bumps on the road (Daniel did a great job of driving but still a lot of up and down) there are a couple moments that require you to climb steep stairs (getting into the boats to go to the waterfall and the boat around the volcano) that would be difficult if you were not in good shape.

The waterfall tour was incredible and looks like something from a movie. The boatmen literally hop out and pull you through some rapids which makes for a very unique and fun experience. You also have the option of being pulled through the waterfall on a raft which is unique and exciting! You will get wet, you will have a blast. Make sure to tip well because these guys really work for it pulling you through the rapids. P.S. there is no cave behind the waterfall, but they do pull you through the waterfall from the far side of it.

Overall AMAZING experience. 10/10 recommend if you are in good shape and down for a full day tour!

This tour is perfect for exploring some landmarks in the region south of Manila, especially the volcanic landscapes and amazing waterscape of Pagsanjan. It includes an adventourous upstream boat ride to reach the waterfalls. Since the recent eruption, trekking on the Taal has been prohibited. Our driver Daniel was competent, punctual, and very friendly. He even handled our food order along the way so that when we got to the restaurant we just had to sit back, relax and enjoy the local food! He also explained us about local customs. We definitely reccomend this experience!

It was quite a long drive but the vehicle our guide Daniel had us in was very comfortable. Taal is beautiful but we didn’t have much to do while we were there. We LOVED the pagsanjan falls trip, the boatmen were amazing and very skillful in navigating the river towards the falls. The falls itself is majestic! Going through it was quite the experience too.

Our guide Daniel was good and friendly but we didn’t get much information regarding sights throughout the trip but overall a wonderful guide.

Our driver Raymond was amazing tour guide throughout! We were lucky it was just us, we opted in for the volcano tour as well, which was 6200 php for us 2 total. Be prepared to tip and pay everything in php. And bring water shoes and change of clothes for the falls. Smart to have waterproof case as well! A magical day for sure!!!

This excursion was a lot of fun and i highly recommend this to everyone. Our driver Richard did a great job explaining this sites and history of the volcano. When we got to Pagsanjan Falls the water level was to high for us to do the canoe part of this package, so our guide Richard helped us by being able to connect with an alternate way to see the Falls by taking us to a different group of experienced repel climbers that got us to the falls. It was very fun and the falls were extremely active. We were able to get pulled into the falls cave and it was amazing.
Thank you for an amazing excursion. Richard was great for giving us an alternative route to complete the journey.

We had a great time with our driver Flor. The experience was great!! Flor was very patient, friendly, funny and helpful (especially when we were buying souvenirs). He is a great driver and answered all our questions. The best part was going to the Pagsanjan Falls where we took a canoe boat ride to the falls. I thought we would do the paddling but it was actually two boatmen who did all the paddling (thank goodness!). Be sure to bring a change of clothes as you will get drenched but it's fun! It was an adventurous and breathtaking experience! You'll have a great time!!
P.S. You leave very early in the morning but I would say about an hour into your drive, you stop at a rest stop and have your choice of either Starbucks, McDonalds and/or 7/11 for breakfast.
P.S.S. As someone else said in another review, be sure to have tip money for the two boatmen, who worked really hard, as well as your driver!
P.S.S.S. The experience is also well worth it as you get picked up and dropped off from and to your hotel.
