          Amazing Kyoto and Temples
Kyoto is a very interesting city with so many temples. Luckily the city was spared from bombing during the second WW. Unlike other big Japanese cities it still remains ancient in some sections. I was very impressed the wood structure of the main temple that still holds up so well over thousands of years. Paintings and calligraphy are amazing. Our tour guide Matt is a treasure and walking dictionary of Kyoto history. He truly wants visitors to experience authentic Japanese tradition during the eight hour tour.

6 hr Tokyo walking Day Tour w/ Koba
This was our first time in Japan, so a guided tour made sense for us to start off. Once we selected the tour, Koba our guide reached out and introduced himself to us. He was able to accommodate our list of stops. He met us at our hotel. Koba was prompt, arriving a few minutes early. As a walking tour, Koba helped us navigate the metro. It felt a bit overwhelming at first, but by the end of the day, we felt confident to use it on our own. We packed a lot of walking to many great places. We specifically went to: Senso-hi Temple, Edo Castle, Meniji Jingu shrine, Tsukiji Fish Market, and we saw the Tokyo Tower. We were very happy with everything, especially Koba. By the time we met in person, I already felt like we knew each other. Koba is extremely knowledgeable. It is easy to see how smart, kind, and thoughtful Koba was as a guide and person. I would highly recommend this tour.

          Brilliant tour with Yuko!
We had a fantastic tour with Yuko who was a really really incredible guide. The morning was all about the atomic bomb and it was so tastefully done - we learnt so much and it was very sobering we were so grateful to have such a good guide. The lunch was delicious and the afternoon on Miyajima which was so beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I would highly recommend this tour and especially Yuko! Communication was brilliant too.

          A Good Day in Kawagoe.
We liked our guide. He is a good man. He planed our trip very details in advance. Though, we were late and messed almost all the plan he did, he was calm and rescheduled a new plan to what we liked.

A great trip with an expert guide
Mari was a fantastic guide. Before the trip she sent us an itinerary for our consideration and took careful account of our interests and wishes. She pre-booked everything so the day ran extremely smoothly. Mari is extremely knowledgeable about the art and architecture of the city and took us to some fabulous sights. She also gave us a wonderful tour of the beautiful Ritsurin Gardens which exceeded expectations. Takamatsu is a beautiful city and we both felt we gained so much more from our trip because of Mari’s expert knowledge. After the tour was over, Mari sent me lots of recommendations with detailed timings to help us plan a trip to the nearby islands. She really did go over and beyond, super helpful and so nice! Thank you Mari for a wonderful day, we thoroughly recommend you!

An amazing day trip to Hiroshima
Kahori was an excellent guide. She met us right at the Hiroshima train station - we had coordinated days before. From there, we went to the Peace Museum and the Dome park. She was very knowledgeable not only of the recent history but was able to answer questions about Japan’s history overall. She guided us through the museum, but wasn’t intrusive, letting us see what we were interested in. Maneuvering us very efficiently through the city, we arrived at the ferry for Miyajima island, where again she took us on an extensive visit of the temples, followed by a visit to the local market. All along, she had great conversations on all topics like art, religion, economy, etc. and kept a great conversation with our college-age son. For lunch, she took us to an amazing site for Okonomiyaki - so delicious! But you must really come hungry!! Would book any trip with Kahori anytime.

          Great guide, good price(ish)!
So, only reason I out 4/5 stars is because the price is expensive for what it is. Having said that, our guide Yoshi was brilliant. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable and his English was excellent. Yoshi tailored our tour for our timeframe and made sure we saw everything and he even took us to our next destination (a second tour we had booked in the evening). All of our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. From picky-up, to helping us navigate the metro systems, to lunch and then taking us to our final destination, Yoshi was fabulous. Fully utilised the limited time we had! Thank you!

          An amazing guide
Kenzo was an amazing guide, his knowledge of the areas, history and culture were incredible. We asked to move around on the trains and learn how to navigate as well as seeing some major sights. We visited a temple, shrine, traditional garden and ate at a traditional tempura restaurant. Highly recommend a day with Kenzo!

          Powerful
Me and my family had the pleasure of exploring Hiroshima with Masa as our tour guide, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Masa had extensive knowledge of the area's history, culture, and hidden gems! Every stop along the tour was very engaging and informative— no matter if we were visiting historical landmarks or listening to heart-wrenching anecdotes, Masa's enthusiasm and expertise were evident, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for my family. Beyond the planned itinerary, Masa was also accommodating to our interests and spontaneous questions, making the experience with the story she shared of the A-bombed girl and recommendations worthwhile. Her professionalism and warmth made the tour feel like exploring with a knowledgeable friend rather than a typical guide— In general, my family and I had a wonderful time in Hiroshima.

          Yuka is a great guide
Yuka was a great guide - easy to understand, very nice and had a lot of knowledge. She was great with the kids (3 and 9) and understanding their tempo and interest.

          our Kyoto tour
Our guide expertly catered the tour to our family’s needs, since we had both a senior and young children. We got some great photos away from the crowds!

          Gret tour
From planning the tour up to the actual activity, Yoshi was a big help in getting to know Nagasaki city. We went to Mt. Inasa, Peace Park, Ground Zero, Spectacles Bridge, and 26 Martyrs - we covered a lot in an afternoon
