We had a great day out from our cruise. We were picked up at the dock, taken to several points of interest on our way to Ba Na Hills. Mr Vu was very informative, giving us information relating to all the areas we passed on route. He basically held our hands at the attraction ensuring we didn’t get lost. All in all a great experience.

We used the company for airport transfer to Hoi An then Hoi An to Da Nang, & round trip to Ba Na Hills. Drivers showed up on time & were safe. Prices are listed online so everything was straightforward. I communicated by WhatsApp & was enable to do last minute changes delaying trip to Ba Na for 30 minutes since we couldn’t wake up early. Coming back from Ba Na we texted & driver showed up within 25 minutes. We will glad to use company again if we visit Da Nang in the future.

My family was lucky enough to find this service. They are very helpful and hospitable. The staff and driver accommodated us from the time of picking up at the airport to the time we left. The price is affordable. They made us feel in love with the city of Da Nang. I highly recommend their service. I gave them the list of where we wanted to go and they made a schedule for us and took us to places. Our driver, Mr. Anh, offered for us to use his phone due to our bad phone signal in Da Nang and also offered for us to use his portable charger when our phone ran out of battery. He even took a few photo for our family. It was such a wonderful experience we had with the company. Thank you very much and we definitely will use the service again next time we go to Da Nang. The customer service is wonderful. I am so happy we found this company.
