Ok good and service. Boat sailed late however this did not create a problem seeing the Dragon Bridge spit fire and water. Boat is ok but like many things in Vietnam, is getting tired and could do with a refit. I'd use this company again as I have nothing in in-country to compare it to.

The ship is spacious and luxurious, with relaxing music. Very good beer, attentive service. I like it so much. Highly recommend that you experience this service.

When I read reviews and I understood that these guests just paid for 13 usd with local beer and 1 hour Cruise riding but they expect so much. In our country beer already 1 can with 10 usd when you drink home. It means that they expect more than they paid. We had a wonderful trip with a hour to overview city with chilling cold beer. Highly Recomended.

Chaos at the shoreside booking offices where various boats are selling tickets. Uncontrolled, rude tourists pushing and shoving. The cruise boat was stinking, dirty with no form of service or organization. Our ticket was for a boat trip that should have departed at 8:00pm but didn't leave until 8:45pm. The boat only goes out and under a couple of bridges on a short pointless journey. Very disappointing and never to be repeated or recommended.

Best experience in Vietnam, the service was impeccable, they served us fruits and water and the cultural performance at the beginning bought us closer to Vietnamese culture, Star cruise could never….. If you have one night in Danang highly recommend this cruise.

Pathetic service ,unclean ship,old and rusty one.I will not advise any one to visit.Tourist trap-The cruise will never start till it is full . Sitting arrangements is pathetic,rusty unclean.My view not worth visiting.Only the dragon will have fire and water coming out of the mouth.Fire leaves a lot smoke in air.

What a vibrant city along the river. The dragon bridge is amazing, changes colours. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights to get the full experience. If you don't want to get wet don't stand on the bridge

The cruise itself is nice and took about 2 hours. The ship was steady and the river is quite beautiful reflecting the city lights. I think we’re overcharged paying 845000vnd each person (4 of us) for the dinner on a cruise (the boat is not exclusive to people who buy this dinner tour, most people there only bought drinks). I felt like the food served to us wouldn’t even cost half of what we’ve paid. We’re served a roasted spring chicken, a big bowl of egg soup, a plate of salad, 8 pcs buttered shrimps, stir fried noodles w/ beef and veggies and 6 slices of watermelon and guava. I mean i could easily order these from one of the restos and it will only cost me 1.5mil vnd (we paid 3,375 total for 4pax). Drink’s not included so we paid another 300k for our drinks. The service wasn’t by any standard bad but definitely felt overcharged when we’re served with our food. Expected better since i saw reviews and seemed like most loved it. For anyone planning, I wouldn’t recommend taking this dinner tour, what you could do instead is just buy the ticket for the cruise which is 100-150kvnd depending which boat you’ll choose, eat before boarding and then you could order some drinks on the boat.

First off despite pre booking and paying for a ticket via trip advisor we had to argue with the staff to get on, the organisation was poor with no system in place. The boat left 45 mins late. We booked the ticket with food - we did not get any. We had to again argue with the rude staff for 15-20 mins and by this time they served food the boat had docked and it was too late. To top things off we also collided with another boat. I have partaken in many tours in Vietnam and around the world and this is by far the worst I have done ~ avoid there are better options!
