About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- budgie4990 contributionsYou can feel and hear the history when you visit this place….The service is great, even before you go on the trip the tour guide is ensuring everything is good, in this case the TG from Hoi An express travel was Thu Hang. Thu Hang was so nice, she made us feel comfortable and made the tour enjoyable and relaxing without any stress, the car we went to/from the excursion was comfy and the driving was good. My Son sanctuary is a very moving place, with the surroundings, and the nature around the place makes it beautiful, it’s a must see place.Written 20 August 2024
- Cmonaussiedotcom0 contributionsBuy your ticket at the gate - so much cheaperBuy your ticket at the cable car gate - it is much cheaper - and don't do the buffet - there are plenty of better choices in the Sunworld park and even walking along the paths to tha cable car.Written 6 July 2024
- annemariedD489LO0 contributionsExcellent day trip to Hue with Emily as our guideVery much enjoyed this trip from Da Nang. Our guide Emily was excellent - kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and we felt very well looked after. Loved the drive over the pass into Hue, the places we visited and the delicious lunch. Well worth the travel time and highly recommended this tour to see the historical sites of Hue.Written 2 July 2024
- IanR123450 contributionsGreat Service Express Travel Hoi AnThe Team at Express were in constant contact via WhatsApp before and during our stay in Hoi An. The driver was waiting at pickup area and was efficient, polite and a really nice clean car. Straight to hotel in Hoi An, bags out of car and a seamless service. Express also offered numerous tours, which we will do next year when we come back. Our trip back to Da Nang Airport tomorrow is booked and the Team at Express also organised lounge access at the domestic terminal before we head back to Ho Chi Minh. All in all I cannot recommend the Team at Hoi An Express Travel highly enough, well priced, efficient, polite, well organised and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Team Express Travel Hoi An. ❤️Written 30 June 2024
- anniedU3167FE0 contributionsHue TourOur tour guide Emily was fantastic , very knowledgeable and very considerate to all the guests. She also acted as our professional photographer for as many photos as we wanted at no additional cost. The tour was as advertised as a small group, there was only one additional couple in our group and we appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics.Written 13 May 2024

- Go683068084240 contributionsHue day tripThis is a great way to visit Hue from Da Nang. Our guide was very informative and provided great commentary on the history of each location we visited. A highlight of the trip was the Kings Tomb which was amazing. The travel to and from Hue was comfortable and air conditioned with cold bottled water provided. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in travelling to Hue.Written 20 April 2024

- FarAway5795230 contributionsVietnam Disney worldWhat an amazing place it's like vietnam,s version of Disney world. The place feels magical. Bestvto go early as it gets very busy by late morning. We got a grab taxi there and back. Plenty to do and most things are free. You can even get a guide to explain the history and why it is called Ba an hills.Written 9 March 2024
- PopovMalta0 contributionsNot recommendedNot recommended as you can purchase the ticket yourself on the Ba Na Hills website for a much cheaper price. This trip does not offer anything apart from the cable car ticket like other trips usually do (transport, guide, lunch, etc.).Written 17 February 2024
Great transfer from the airport to our hotel. Nice and clean driving of the perfect vehicle. The cahauffeur could show us some places of Da Nang on the way, very nice. We strongly recommend!Written 14 January 2024
- 435leeyap0 contributionsOnly worth going for the views…which weren’t thereIf it is raining and cloudy I wouldn’t bother going. We couldn’t see the views at all because of the mist and a few of the attractions that we were looking forward to, like the Alpine Coaster, were closed which we were not informed about until we got there and paid for our ticket. The golden bridge is also much shorter than it is made to look in photos and without the views behind it there isn’t much to see. We tried to focus on the indoor attractions like the 4D experience but this was one of the worst 4D experiences I’d seen - it was poor quality images and the screen even glitched at one point to show the IP number which took us out of the experience even more.Written 3 November 2023

- Mikaela A0 contributionsAmazing tour with an amazing guide! We had an half day tour at My Son. Pick up service at our hotel was excellent. Our amazing tour guide Viet gave us a fantastic tour and gave us intresting facts, not only about the Cham people and culture/history/religions, but also about Vietnam. Last but not least we also got the opportunity to watch the Cham-show as a perfect ending of the tour. We had an amazing time on this tour and we would gladly recomend this!!Written 27 August 2023
- pedropony20200 contributionsHue Citidal - the ancestral home of the Nguyen Dynasty.Great to return to Hue, the ancestral home of the Nguyen Dynasty. There is construction work ongoing to improve the facilities but still worth a visit and would recommend getting a tour guide which is relatively inexpensive, for the wealth of knowledge gained.Written 10 August 2023

Our tour guide Thao spoke excellent English and was very informative about the history. We were the only ones in the tour. We visited Lady Buddha at Monkey Mountain first thing to beat the crowds - good decision as many busloads of tourists turned up as we were leaving. We then headed back to Marble Mountain visiting a marble shop where you could buy many small to large marble items. We then walked across the road to Marble Mountain. There is a lift half way up the mountain, then you have to walk up, down and around the rest of the tour. Very interesting and worthwhile

My wife and I booked this tour to get to know about the da nang peninsula. Have to say that the tour guide was extremely kind and informative. Providing us with knowledge that we would never know if we decided to go to the tourist spots by ourselves.

It is not for the faint of heart but hiking up the stairs to the top through all the pagodas was absolutely worth it. Anyone staying in the Da Nang - Hoi An area should make the trip. Only a small entrance fee.

What a beautiful place marble mountain is, our tour guide Snow was so lovely and very informative, she ensured we had enough time to look around before moving to the next spot, she is a real asset to the company. I would definitely recommend this tour and Snow to anyone who wants some history on their trip.

My friend and I were taken on this tour by Tin, who was very knowledgeable and put up with us asking to take our photo all the time. The most spectacular was the mountain tour, lots of steps but nothing too intense. Beautiful views.

We saw lots of Budha's, climbed a lot of steps inside and out of the mountains, toured a marble factory (prices are crazy and can always be bartered down), saw multiple spider monkeys in the trees on the way to the Big Budha. A great tour and highly recommended.

Our tour guide was informative (she also had interesting stories to tell about hell). Due to COVID-19 there was only a handful of us in the tour which was nice. It was a very relaxing tour. We were kind of underwhelmed by the size of the mountains, however, that is not the tours fault. If you have never been to these mountains and have time to spare, we would recommend going. However, there are better tours if you’re short with time.

The Mountains consist of many pagodas, caves and temples. It's fascinating to see people praying in front of the altar inside the cave. Beautiful places.

The actual sites we visited were wonderful. The Marble Mountain was beautiful and absolutely worth the visit along with the Lady Buddha. The downside of this “tour” was that is was basically a shuttle service as our tour guide did not speak very good English at all (we understood maybe 25% of what he said) and he shared very limited information with us during the day. They picked us up late and the tour guide didn’t say hi or tell us what the plan was for the day until about 15 minutes into our drive. In addition, our pick up time was originally 8:00 and then we received another email saying pick up was 7:35 which is fine because we are up early however they didn’t pick us up until 7:55 so we waited around for no reason and I had to call them multiple times to ensure they had our hotel info correct.
Overall a disappointing tour experience and we unfortunately would not recommend this tour company.

We are staying at the Centara hotel Danang does the tour company pick up and drop off there? Also does the cost of tour include ride up and down the moutain in the elevator, we are both in our 70's. What is the best time to go morning or afternoon? Thank you.
Written 2 November 2019
I am certain the tour company will pick you up at your hotel. I stayed in a lesser known one and was picked up there. We rode up the elevator but walked down. There are some stairs that are a bit tricky. I live in an area with weather similar to England. I would recommend the earliest possible time to go on any tour in Vietnam. Afternoons are hot and humid. But wonderful nonetheless.

Hi,
We'll be staying at the Monarque Hotel in Da Nang. Is this hotel considered 'city center'?
Cheers.
