About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 811jayeshd0 contributionsExcellent Tour and GuideThe tour was good. The pickup was timely, and the Guide explained everything in detail. We are vegetarians, and they provided a good vegetarian lunch in the restaurant. The guide explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I highly recommend it.Written 14 February 2025
- betseymadden0 contributionsHoi An old town and food walking tourKim did a great job giving us a walking tour of Hoi An. She told us about the history of the city and showed us several different sites including a temple and the Japanese bridge. Kim knew a lot of the history. Also along the way we stopped at various places to sample the local food. We tried a tea, spring rolls and Banh mi. Great all around tour of Hoi An!Written 11 February 2025
- normanp3110 contributionsRecommended - but be prepared for a long day.Recommended - but be prepared for a long day. This was a terrific tour, but it does take about 12 hours all up (when doing it out of Hoi An) so be prepared for a very full day. But that aside, the tour was great and very informative. The trip to Hue (plus the various stops along the way) was great and gave a real insight into some of the culture, living standards and history of Vietnam. Definitely worth taking.Written 10 February 2025
- Vynotaqueen0 contributionsNothing special but a booking confirmation problemBooking problem: I booked the tour through a social networking app called Zalo and contacted the manager personally. Everything was booked and I even checked to confirm the trip the day before, but on the scheduled day - No Show. The manager didn't even pick up when I tried to call her but later that day she got in touch and it was rearranged the next day. Luckily I was able to rearrange my plans to fit it in. Highlight: The tour guide Trang kept the trip interesting. She was hospitable, caring and good at time management to make sure we got back on time and that there was no wasted time hanging out around or that we stayed at place for too long. Disappointments: The lunch could have been specialties of Hue like Bun Bo Hue or something else from Hue but instead it was a general asian meal. It wasn't bad but I would have liked to have tried food from Hue. The places you visit, for me, weren't anything special or interesting, a tomb, a pagoda and a huge ancient old palace but I can't blame the tour operator for that!Written 2 February 2025
- prendy760 contributionsFantastic Hoi An Tour with a Unique Coffee Experience! Our Christmas trip from South to North Vietnam was made truly unforgettable thanks to this amazing tour! My partner, two friends, and I had an incredible time exploring Hoi An’s rich history and culture with our wonderful guide, Kim. She took us to fascinating sites, including the Fukian Assembly Hall, Old House of Phung Hung, the Sa Huynh Culture Museum, and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge. Kim was full of interesting stories and insights, making our wander through the charming old town even more special. A highlight of the tour was visiting a delightful silk store where we learned all about the silk-making process—from seeing real silk worms to how silk is transformed into beautiful art pieces and clothing. It was captivating! Being coffee lovers, we were thrilled when Kim brought us to an amazing coffee school run by the inspiring ONGVANGCHARITY.org. The passionate team shared fascinating insights about Vietnamese coffee history (did you know Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee exporter?) and guided us through brewing techniques. We loved trying traditional drip coffee, egg coffee, and our new favorite—coconut coffee! Kim’s enthusiasm and deep knowledge perfectly combined history, culture, and delicious coffee experiences. We can’t recommend her and this private tour highly enough. Don’t miss it—it’s a must-do in Hoi An!Written 28 January 2025
- Z8854FQlesliec0 contributionsAmazing Local Food and TourThank you, Thai for your time and showing me around the Old Town in Hoi An. I have enjoyed and learned about the culture and the place throughout the tour. Thai had also been generous and surprised me with yummy biscuits and mandarins. Appreciate Your hospitality and warm company. I highly recommend this tour with Thai.Written 24 January 2025
- BertinFL0 contributionsStunning Hoi An by day and nightYou can clearly see that there has been a major change in this country leadership. The new people in charge are recognizing the power of the tourist dollar and the influence it has on this beautiful country and its citizens. You can clearly see the improvement of infrastructure in this little town and we have been visiting frequently over the past 7 years. Hoi An is booming and quality of hotels, transportation and restaurants has made a huge impact on this town. I’m so happy to see that the people of Vietnam are going well since they work very hard. The ancient town had gotten even more vibrant and beautiful. Not only during the day but even in the evening the streets are filled with tourists wanting to explore this amazing place. I really enjoy the addition of all the food carts in old town offering traditional food options and cocktails at very reasonable prices. The shops are open late to accommodate the tourists after they enjoyed their fabulous dinner… I love Hoi An…Written 4 January 2025

- Paul C0 contributionsGreat Tour to HueThis trip was just amazing. Our guide and driver were fantastic and not only did we get a great history lesson but saw so many amazing sites all in one day. It wasn’t a rushed experience and we had time to take it all in. Highly recommend this tour for anyone with a family and teenagers.Written 1 January 2025
- kay_fitz0 contributionsHue CityA great day trip to Hue, visiting 3 sites of the ancient city. Lunch was nice. Tom, our tour guide was quite knowledgeable as a local from Hue. Something I haven't seen mentioned in previous reviews. The road to Hue is over some mountain passes. If prone to motion sickness, take an anti-nauseant pill. If you have children with you, take a sick bag (a little girl got sick on our tour but her parents were very prepared!). The weather was rainy, and some surfaces were tile, which can be quite slippery. Take your time navigating safely. We were given water at the end of the tour, it would have been nice to have been given that at the start. Recommended for those wanting more information about Vietnam history.Written 27 December 2024
- zaba_mkd0 contributionsWorthy educational tourEven though the tour seems long and takes a lot if you come from Hoi An, it was worth to see and experience how the imperial city looked likeWritten 24 December 2024
- Genevieve7719540 contributionsMacro photography delight.I loved this tour, mainly because I am interested in nature, active conservation of important sites, and religious history. There’s a lot of walking involved, so be prepared for this. (I’m a young 70 and “just” coped.) Our guide, Tin Tin, was extremely supportive of me in this regard. The tour includes a full lunch at the restaurant of a local family. Just delicious - and plentiful! Highly recommended for people who are keen to learn about preservation of relics. The detail in some of these relics provides fertile ground for photographers interested in macro shots. Thank you Tim Tin. Your are a genuinely lovely person.Written 21 December 2024
- D2701XAjoc0 contributionsHoi an tour with local food experienceEverything was really great and well organized! We really got to know more about the hoi an’s history and experience local foodWritten 3 December 2024
- Tim W0 contributionsOverpriced but fineIf you are two or more people you are probably better off hiring a car and/or guide for the day. Due to bad weather we couldn't see the pass on the trip which is obviously not their fault but you are then dumped for 30mins in a perl sales showroom under the pretense of a 'toilet break'. The weather by the end of the day was fine so it would have been nice to do the pass then instead. The lunch was fine but nothing special. The guide was pleasant but to be honest her English speaking accent was quite hard to understand. This being my first tour I thought this was just a 'standard' accent but I could listen into other local guides who were much clearer. My opinion, having spent some time now in Vietnam, is that the price of the tour should be about half what they are charging. Others may disagree.Written 30 November 2024
- 945jamaicas0 contributionsVery knowledgeable & friendly tour guideKim was very knowledgeable! She really knows her history and did a great job simplifying information to make it bite sized and memorable! She’s so friendly and flexible and allows for time to stop at shops along the way. We ended the tour tasting lots of local foods all which were great!Written 27 November 2024
