We had to go out of our way to find their contact details through Facebook, where they were listed under Majestic Cave Hotel. Due to this lack of professionalism and transparency, we would not recommend this company. We strongly urge Tripadvisor to take note of this issue to protect other travelers from potentially unreliable services.Written 30 November 2024
