We booked this small group tour for the 6 of us while on a cruise. Our guide Erdem was great and we all learned a lot about this ancient city as well as the culture and history of the surrounding areas that we visited. We all agreed that this was one of the highlights of our 11 day cruise and would definitely recommend booking this tour for a very informative and passionate day of discovery!

We had a tour that included Ephesus, the House of Virgin Mary and some high end local product shops. The tour guide Erdem (Adam) was very knowledgeable and told a variety of interesting and funny stories. He was also a bit of a cat shepherd, always having a crew of cats to give pats to.

Cemal is an awesome guide, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He comes with jokes too! We visited Pamukkale aka Cotton Castle and it was spectacular. Kids took off their shoes and dipped their feet in. We also stopped at a rare gem shop to look at different types of gems and stones, where they have a collection of Zultanite. Unreal stone that changes colors depending on light source. Food and rest areas on the way made it very relaxing and enjoyable for all in the group. recommended!

Wonderful tour with an excellent guide, Erdem, who provided a very personalized tour. He exceded our expectations in terms of the history of the area and his knowledge of the archeological facts. Very professional! The educational information presented at the carpet making school was very informative and interesting; there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. The walking and stair climbing in Ephesus can be challenging for some older adults but Erdem was very conscious of our abilities and stamina. Highly recommend February as a time to visit and avoid the heat of summer months. Be aware that the entrance fees to Mary’s House, Ephesus, the Terraced Houses and St John’s Baslica are in addition to the tour fee; collectively these fees were about $80/ person and are paid directly at the entrance gate of each site. Erdem definitely has a large following of feline admires in Ephesus (ask him about Garfield) and was very resilient with the souvenir vendors at the entrance gates. We would take this tour again!

EXCELLENT! I don't know how they do it for the money, much cheaper than the cruise excursion and one to one service. We were collected at the port in a Mercedes luxury taxi van and supplied with water bottles. Jada, the guide, introduced herself and our driver and we set off to our first destination. On the way we chatted about Turkey and a career as a tour guide as well as an introduction to the sites we would be seeing. Jada was attentive to what we were looking at and always there to provide information. But she also gave us time to wander about on our own and discover the sites. She was extreremly knowledgable of Ephesus and the house of Mary.

We were very lucky to have our guide Sevda all to ourselves for the whole day and so were able to spend quality time with somebody who is not only very knowledgeable in respect of the history of areas and buildings she took us to, but in respect of many other things to do with Istanbul and Turkish history in general too. An absolute pleasure to be guided around Istanbul on our first visit by such a genuinely nice person, which if nothing else will bring us back to this historic place.

Was a good tour that hit the highlights. The only thing they missed was the Basilica Cistern which is a must see. Not the end of the world, you just need to schedule time to hit that up elsewhere. Also, the time spend at the carpet shop was a little long although very cool.

Very enjoyable trip to Ephesus, Virgin Mary and Sirince Village. Our driver and Guide Erdem were very professional and very knowledgeable. We also got a chance to buy few original leather jackets and Turkish delights but missed an opportunity to buy potteries recommended by Erdem. Maybe another time! We will be doing another trip with them to Pamukkale/Heirapolis, cleopatra pool tomorrow and very much looking forward to it but it’s going to be a long day!!!

We had an amazing time in Istanbul with our guide! She was very knowledgeable and took us to all the sites. I definitely recommend this tour group.
