The organisator contacted me the dy before to contact the pick up time. Good organisation and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke many languages. The tour was great but the weather was not and we could not go on the boat as there was not enough water on the lake and the orangerai tour was done in the pouring rain.

It was good overall however the bus was stuffy. Also it was a bit hard to hear the touring information as the mic wasn’t loud enough. Overall would recommend.

Hi all so we got picked up from are hotel. Then set off first visit was the Mosqe, mountain, boat ride and waterfall. With regular breaks. Was 3 of us really enjoyed it kids 17 and 11. The staff r very friendly and they speak different languages.

The english speaking guide was very friendly and you could see how he enjoyed his job. Kudos to him who made the whole tour more fun. The only negative part of the trip was that you had to pay for entry in the waterfall which was supposed to be included and the food portion was too small for an adult. Overall good trip.

The tour was very well organized and everything went smoothly. Big kudos to the experienced driver who made the whole journey safe despite the difficult and demanding road conditions, especially the crazy turns. The tour guide was funny, provided us with key information and made sure we all know how much time we have for independent sightseeing. The views and places chosen for the tour were absolutely stunning. We're thrilled to have chosen this tour and we recommend it to everyone. Worth the money! 😁

Paid for the tour for family of 5 but our pick up car never showed, we were so disappointed with the services, we are still waiting for my full refund

I can recommend this trip. Every stop is a highlight. One can see cultural sites and beautiful nature. The guides give a lot of informations. The tour was well organized and worth every stop. Very good value for the price. You have to pay 7 TL or 1 Euro for the waterfall but that was not a problem.

This is a good tour if you want to cover quite a few sites in one day. Pickup was on time and communication via WhatsApp day before. All round well organised tour. Lunch was provided but drinks are extra (and a little expensive) and tours guides spoke English. German and Russian and provided a decent info on places we visited. The only small issue was that on trip adviser they advertise all admission fees included but this is not the case for the waterfalls where you have to pay 7tl each to enter. This was not a problem but the Tripadvisor advert should be updated. Over all good tour. Would use TA again.

If you want to have a good time all day and visit the grocery store with your family, I recommend it.
