This was like a really Last minute booking which turned out amazing. The food that they provided is yummy, all the activity was really fun.

Excellent day trip of Quad Biking and Rafting. Amazing scenery. Booked with Smooth Travel and it was exactly that. Mohamed at Smooth Travel was really helpful and knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. We will definately use Smooth Travel again when we return. Lots a wonderful memories of our Holiday. Really good experience for those who enjoy a thrill, the staff were very friendly and looked after us all day, picking us up from our hotel, providing lunch, and a free stop at a canyon photo point in between activities. The ATV ride was my personal favourite, and i would recommend anyone to get out of their comfort zone to try this excursion.

I recommend this place, great people, great food, great atmosphere. For sure would love come back here 😍😍

Very bad tour! DO NOT RECOMMEND   No tour guide instructions so you don’t know what is happening at what time We were left at the first stop with our bags thrown on the road!!We spent additional money to hire a taxi to catch up and the tour guide did not respond to any messages or calls on a timely basis The tour guide was not clear and further did not wait for us when my partner was injured and continued the tour and therefore we missed a significant amount. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We went to Pamukkale and quad-rafting and zipline package with them and it was a great tour. we had a lot of fun. coming on time with a comfortable and clean car behind amazing staff makes it more enjoyable I really recommend you this agency.

Quad biking was great a great experience- water rafting was great, zip lining was also great, but the shady behaviour in between put me of greatly. Always trying to upsell. When we sat to to, the inclusive lunch, they offered drinks, to which i obviously said yes, as washing rice down without any drink at 25 degrees Celsius is hard. At the end everyone was told to settle the bill, confused as to what bill as everything was paid for online, they said 2 drinks at Turkish lira each, when the normal rate for a drink is 6 lira. At the end of the day we started to feel cold as it was raining and we were soaked from rafting, they made us sit in the cold for an hour and a half trying to upsell us low quality usbs that they have created using low quality pics

It was an okay experience. We were collected from our hotel and taken to the activities place. It is indeed a very beautiful place however the quad bike tour was Abit slow and boring. We were all in line following the tour guide and each quad/ buggy was shared between two people so we did not have our own. Once that was over we made our way to the rafting activity. This was fun however we stopped within the first five min of the activity and got off the rafts to have a lunch break (which was Abit silly as we were all geared up and soaked and had to leave the raft only to get back on after). The raft experience was not as long as we’d hoped it would be. The zip line activity was short but fun. It did start raining towards the end of the activities and we were all soaked due to the rain. Once all the activities were over, we were taken back to the main area where they made us wait more than 30 min in the cold whilst we were all in wet soggy clothes whilst they set up their videos that they had taken. This was very a very unpleasant part of the trip as everyone was cold and wet and we couldn’t go home as we had to watch the videos that they had created of us during the activities which they wanted everyone to buy, yet no one bought any. I believe if we were to go again, we’d choose another tour as it could have been better.

Was absolute crap. Driver/tour guide not very friendly and didn't speak very fluent English. Not very informative either and the lunch at the restaurant included was absolute crap with poor quality food and very slow service. I would not recommend this tour

That was wonderfull. Thank you to the guide for telling us so much interesting about the site. Definitely recommend to attend with SMOOTH TRAVEL. Еverything was so on a high level that we did not notice how time flew by, despite the fact that it was a very long way.

Very average experience. The tour was packed with 16 people with little covid precautions. The guide Barros from Smooth Travel was rather indifferent, spoke little. We are more or less travel on our own. He did sent us to our hotels though. We are thankful to the driver who drove us safely.

We booked for boat tour and transfer bus didnt come for pick up. Company just got money and didnt made any refund. Dont believe this company. We paid 5 euro less than other companies but we lost all money and didnt get service.

Pamukkale was awesome - Smooth Travel was not. Barbaros had his garbled spiel about the history of Pamukkale but couldn't answer any questions about it. He charged two of us 200 Lira to swim in the Cleopatra Pools when the website states it only costs 50 Lira per ticket so clearly we were ripped off - we should have just opted to buy our own tickets. Barbaros also pretended like he was being a nice guy stopping for "souvenirs" on the way back, but he ambushed us by sending us to some jewelry store where we were forced to follow a guide down to a dark room for a presentation. Long story short - none of us ever got Pamukkale souvenirs. The 3 hour drive to and from Denizli was absolutely torturous. The drive there was fine - it was stuffy and I had my mask on (while Barbaros did not). On the way back, I'm certain that Barbaros was punishing us for rendezvousing 30 minutes late after having to walk back down Pamukkale as he refused to turn on the air conditioning higher than the first notch on 20 deg C the entire 3 hours home despite 3 of the 4 tour members asking him to turn up the air. I was fanning myself, holding water bottles up to my face, using my wet towel from the pools to help cool myself and it was extremely obvious that Barbaros did not care about our comfort - he just wanted to go home to sleep. I was sick after we returned from the tour and did not recover for two hours. I absolutely do not recommend this tour and would recommend taking the trip from Fethiye instead or with any other tour operator that will not rip you off.

It was a pleasant trip. We enjoyed our time. The guide pick us up on time and the bus was comfortable. The tour guide was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this trip to be booked.
