My trip to Bromo exceeded all my expectations. The SmartwayID did a great job of organizing everything, and our guide Febri and driver Arif was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly enjoyed visiting all the spot. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

Very good private tour with guide Doni! Our driver Zul was very experienced and knew exactly which routes to take and which spots to pick for the best pictures. Both made sure we had a good time. We were very lucky with the weather and the sunrise was very beautiful. The communication through Whatsapp was very smooth. We would definantly recommend Smartway!

The tour led by our guide Irwan was planned out perfectly from start to end. we were unlucky with the weather and couldn‘t quite see a lot at some checkpoints, but Irwan did a great job finding alternative routes and make the best out of it. In that way we skipped a lot of traffic and other tourists at spots worth visiting. shoutouts to him.

The admin was very helpful and informative. Plus, the jeep driver took great photos. Sadly it was very foggy and a bit rainy at the time of my visit, so we missed the sunrise. But overall the trip was great and I hope to experience again someday with Smartway.

We're having fun, the views were amazing.. but the time is too short, i just wanted to stay longer (especially in savannah), overall it was good trip.. thank you smartway 😄

We had a great time travelling to see Bromo and the other scenic sights! Wawan our jeep driver and Irwan our tour guide were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. It helps that Irwan spoke very good English (dude’s a an English major!) because it helps us understand the history and culture of the places we went to.

We went on Christmas Day, so it was as hectic as it can get, but it was also amazing. It was a long way to go for a 15 minutes sunrise before we were rushed off to the crater. I wasn't that fussed about the savannah stop. This is the last stop and was just parking in a field of grass for 10 minutes. I would've preferred to just drive through it and get home, or spend longer at sunrise, but we were also told the traffic would be horrendous if we stayed. The guide was great.....when he was awake. He slept for about 85% of the time and when it came to the end of the tour, he got out before the last guests, which I found to be strange. Would I do it again? Yes. Although I'd probably hire a motorbike myself and do it.
