Truly the gates to Heaven on Earth! HBD Krisda was amazing, helping my family go up and down the stairs, 10/10 would recommend. Try to visit early in the morning to avoid long queues for photos.

Kiut was our tour guide/driver and made our experience super enjoyable. The tour ran smoothly and we were given interesting information and taken to beautiful cultural sites of Bali. Lunch was delicious overlooking the rice terraces and the temples were incredible. Kiut also took us to a coffee plantation and a jewellery craft store which showed interesting processes and we were able to buy some gifts at each.

We had the most amazing time at the snorkeling and waterfall tour! Our driver Ardana was the nicest person and made the whole trip incredible. He taught us about the culture and was an amazing person! He really made the trip one of our most enjoyable days in bali so far!

Gede was amazing! He took us to the Bird Park, Satrea coffee plantation, to lunch with gorgeous scenery of a rice paddy with the swings where we waited ladies in gowns swing out over the rice paddy. We then went to Tegalalang Rice Paddy which was expansive and beautiful. Then we went to Tegenungan Waterfall. We are 3 aged women with difficulty with stairs and slippery spots and Gede was very attentive and helpful. His car is air conditioned, he’s a safe driver and just very kind and accommodating. We are so grateful! Everyone should ask for him!

The trip was amazing. It was a lot of drive and early morning wake up but it was worth it. Our driver, Sunarta, was very kind and nice. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with my Bali driver! He picked me up at 4 AM for my airport run, which is usually a tricky time to find a taxi. He was punctual, professional, and made the early morning stress-free. The car was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe and well taken care of the entire ride. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable and friendly service, especially during odd hours!

The driver Agus is a professional drive and tour guide, he can recommend suitable routes and introduction for sites. We had a pleasent day tour today.

We had such a nice day today viewing waterfalls. Merta was such a great guide. He had such great knowledge about his country’s culture, history and environment. He has very good humor and fun to spend for the day. He was patient. We never felt rushed. We had some extra time so he took us to a coffee shop/ tea plantation. If you get the chance to choose who you want to spend the day with, you can’t go wrong with Merta.

We had a a phenomenal day yesterday with Ma-de....from the very early start of day...(our tour started at 4am Ma-de got at out hotel at 330am) to ensure that we got to our first stop early to avoid the lines at the Gates of Heaven....the water temple and water falls....we left our money in the car he offered to buy us breakfast....awesome photographer...very kind....he made our stay in Bali more enjoyable. Thank you for honoring our request to have Ma-de. Thank you Ma-de and HBD!!!

The views was amazing, we got to do a lot of sightseeing and our tour guide was amazing. He made our trip even more fun and customısed.

Really unique and serene trip with the one and only Krisda!!! Went to quite a few Temples and the famous Jatilwuih Rice Terraces!

It was a very comprehensive tour and we had so much fun and learned a lot about Balinese culture and history. Unfortunately, the Monkey Sanctuary was closed due to yesterday’s tragic tree fall during rainy season - sincerely hoping everyone that was injured is okay xx However, we were able to do the rest of our tour! We started out at the UC Gold and Silver store and saw all the beautiful handiwork - quite expensive but rightfully so. We then visited a batik painting/weaving workshop where the process was explained to us. There was a gorgeous gallery and shop of handmade batik wonders! This was followed by a similar experience at a local wood carving shop. Bagus then took us to a restaurant in Ubud - Semar Kuning Resto - which was a wonderful recommendation with great local dishes for a relatively affordable price (approx AU$10 each for our main dishes which were huge portions). Earlier in the day, he had told us about luwak coffee, and after lunch he took us to Satria Luwak Coffee where we learned about the creation process and got to enjoy a complimentary tea and coffee tasting :) He then took us to the elephant cave temple and taught us about Balinese prayers and ceremonies. (Btw he made it very clear though we did already know: the elephant cave does not have elephants). He took us inside the cave for a bit and showed us where people used to meditate as well. Lastly, we visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, which was high up on our list, and it did not disappoint! We got really lucky with the timing of the rain just as we got out of the nest and took pictures! Bagus also took a really cute instagram video for us that we didn’t even think of! I’ll preface by saying we got the all inclusive package but without the lunch and rice terrace swing, because we weren’t too fussed about the swing and ended up paying for a random lunch which we loved! Overall, Bagus was an amazing driver and we would definitely tour with him again! Highly recommend! He was a bit nervous about his English, but he had no reason to be - he knew plenty and communication was easy and fun. Very nice and knowledgeable tour driver who made the whole experience so comfortable and engaging. In short: Bagus was the best!
