We spent a few days with Joe and saw so many amazing places! Joe is more than a guide though - he knows the facts and has great tips on what to do around the island. - PocketTourer0 contributionsSeveral toursThe choice of tour guide is ever so important to the overall enjoyment of your trip. Agung Joe, our guide, became more friend than guide as the days went by. His English is excellent, enjoys company and knowledgeable about the places he took us too. Most important was that Joe was cognisant and attentive to the our capabilities and limitations and adapted the tours accordingly. He was always there to assist my wife across difficult terrains. Joe is of royal blood, Agung is like HRH or sire in Bahasa. The inherent authority is apparent on the odd occasions when he politely warns visitors who ignore signs in holy places Thanks Joe for a very enjoyable holiday.
