Our dive at the Liberty wreck with Nori was unforgettable. The beach entry was tricky due to the volcanic rocks, but the team made sure we were all taken care of. The wreck was fascinating, and I needed a surprising amount of weight to submerge—Nori kept adding weight until I was fully balanced, even using a rock to help! Unfortunately, my second dive had to be cut short, but Nori took care of me immediately, making sure I was safe and comfortable. It’s clear that safety is a top priority for the dive shop, and I felt well taken care of the entire time.

I had amazing beautiful dives. A wonderful dive center that is extremely professional, smiling and takes care of all the details with its wonderful programming. We will see each other again when I come to Bali. ☺️

Amazing diving experience. Our guide Nauwi was very professional and patient. He found many interesting fish and creatures while diving. We had 3 dives during the day and all were great, especially the mantas! Highly recommend them.

My wife and I were on a cruise to Indonesia and had 2 days on a port stop in Bali. Indonesia diving is famous, so we scheduled 4 dives over 2 days with Neptune — 2 on Nusa Penida, and 2 on Padang Bai. Neptune was excellent, arranging our transport from and back to the cruise ship both days and all the details of the diving so as to make sure we got back on the boat in plenty of time. Dive guides were great— personable and very talented at finding interesting stuff underwater. I got some fabulous pix! And the level of service was better than we’re accustomed to seeing in other parts of the world . These guys prepare, load and unload all equipment for you! My wife and I are experienced divers, but we’re also not as young as we used to be (😉), so we appreciated the special attention which this crew was more than happy to provide! And the diving was fantastic! It was rainy season, so we didn’t expect great visibility, but it was much better than expected. Seeing the many mantas at Manta Point was one of the highlights of my decades of diving. And all the smaller stuff was extremely impressive as well. I highly recommend diving in Bali and especially with Neptune.

Neptune Scuba diving is a very professional centre, taking care of us in all the details. We were provided equipment and nice food. All the staff members were kind and supportive. Our guide, Gede, was very competent and made us feel safe at any moment. It was exciting to snorkel among the mantas, turtles and a wide variety of fishes and corals. Neptune Scuba Diving are a very professional and client friendly organisation. I was picked up on time from Legian for the trip to their facilities at Sanur. All the paperwork complete, tried on my dive gear and off we went on the 2.5-3 hour trip to the dive site. Once there, we had another quick brief from the dive master Nori, and off we went to dive on the liberty wreck. You have to be very careful because it is a beach dive but the beach is volcanic rock so easily to fall over and hurt yourself. In the water, who could believe it took over 9kg of weight for me to submerge. Nori kept adding weights and finally a rock!!! The dive was interesting looking at what is left of the wreck. The second dive was cut short when I had a coughing attack and swallowed lots of seawater. Nori looked after me back to shore. A demonstration of just how professional and how seriously they take safety as a major concern. Thanks to Nori and the team for what was still an enjoyable day.

We had a great dive trip with Neptune Scuba Diving, which was extremely well coordinated by the friendly team at Neptune. They were proactive in communicating with us, from arranging hotel pick up and drop, to doing a refresher dive, then providing a wonderful day long boat dive experience. Neptune’s facilities are excellent, in a modern building with their own beautiful dive pool and clean toilets/showers. All aspects of the dive are well planned, and catered for in a small group setting, in our case the two of us having our own dive guide, Herry. The dive sites, while busy, were great, with lots to see, such as Manta and we got lucky and saw Mola Mola, woohoo! We dived at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, which had great visibility. A big thanks to the Neptune team, who are very friendly and professional, and a special shout out to the amazing Herry, the Mola Mola whisperer!!

This dive shop is legit, I don’t doubt it’s the best dive shop in Bali. I had my own DM, dive briefings were thorough and clear, and I always knew what to expect. The lunch provided accommodated for my gluten allergy and was delicious. It was like we were at a resort, beautiful dive shop and pool, towels, snacks, Dramamine all provided. My DM was very capable and helped me out in a strong down current. Also, diving with the mantas was amazing. The site was crowded but each DM only had an individual or buddy pair so I never got lost and got a lot of great interactions with the mantas. My partner did the discover dive and got a solid pool session and very attentive help from his instructor. I would absolutely dive here next time I come to Bali.

This is the 2nd time I am diving with Neptune Bali, they have really friendly staff and professional team, always provide the good service, hotel pick up welcome drink,dry towel and great guide. Also I am lucky this time to see molamola at this season, worth to come here.

best scuba diving service i have ever experience in my life. Mantas were awesome, one was swimming right above my head, literally 1 meter away! and my guide Nauwi had absolutely amazing eye sight, spotted 4 mantis shrimps, one moray eel and other very cool creatures down there even in the rock cracks! I am very impressed by this! service was very detailed, very caring crew team, they offer pick up and drop offs very very on time which was amazing, also offer snacks, brekkie and lunch boxes which all are in form of recyclable tools, very environmental freindly!!!! dive center itself is very clean and tidy and cozy, chill environment and crew members and the owner is very flexible for all changes. Last but not least, they provide 2 big towels for me to use after diving on the boat and hot shower in the dive center. i can only say flawless, after all i been to many places diving like aussie egypt south africa thailand etc, this is by far the BEST crew i have ever encountered. shout out to them, absolutely do not hesistate booking with them, you will not regret. and guys if you see this! keep it up i will be back!

Went diving with Neptune diving in Bali and in Komodo staying at their hotel Komodo Resort. The team made everything smooth for me, the reservation was quick, hotel pick-up was on time, they helped book the flight tickets from Bali to Labuan Bajo, a full on service that took me by surprise. even prepared a airport and boat transfer to get me to their private island in Komodo. I travelled solo but they were busy enough to meet new people and that added to the fun. Big shoutout to my dive guide Noe in Bali and to Yoga who helped with making everything happen. This was an experience that you can't forget especially because I got to see everything i wanted, especially the manta rays both in Bali and in Komodo.

The drift dive was awesome and the best I ever had. The current was strong but felt safe to follow the dive master and enjoyed the ride. The trip was well organized. Pickup was on time. Equipment was functional. Briefing was on point and the dive crew was very help to get in and out of water. Will definitely trust and go with this operator again.

Snorkelling with the mantas was incredible and the diving at the other spots were some of the most beautiful dives we’ve ever done. Neptune dive equipment was in superb condition, the staff were amazing- friendly, professional and fun. We would highly recommend using them!

The staff at Neptune were very attentive in getting everything booked and answering all of my questions prior to our dive. Our dive guide Gude was great and really kept a close eye on my girlfriend who is new to diving and made her feel very safe. We saw lots of Mantas and an incredible amount of corals and diversity of fish on the drift dive. The lunch was also very tasty. Amazing experience! Thank you
