I had amazing beautiful dives. A wonderful dive center that is extremely professional, smiling and takes care of all the details with its wonderful programming. We will see each other again when I come to Bali. ☺️

Neptune Scuba Diving are a very professional and client friendly organisation. I was picked up on time from Legian for the trip to their facilities at Sanur. All the paperwork complete, tried on my dive gear and off we went on the 2.5-3 hour trip to the dive site. Once there, we had another quick brief from the dive master Nori, and off we went to dive on the liberty wreck. You have to be very careful because it is a beach dive but the beach is volcanic rock so easily to fall over and hurt yourself. In the water, who could believe it took over 9kg of weight for me to submerge. Nori kept adding weights and finally a rock!!! The dive was interesting looking at what is left of the wreck. The second dive was cut short when I had a coughing attack and swallowed lots of seawater. Nori looked after me back to shore. A demonstration of just how professional and how seriously they take safety as a major concern. Thanks to Nori and the team for what was still an enjoyable day.

We had a great dive trip with Neptune Scuba Diving, which was extremely well coordinated by the friendly team at Neptune. They were proactive in communicating with us, from arranging hotel pick up and drop, to doing a refresher dive, then providing a wonderful day long boat dive experience. Neptune’s facilities are excellent, in a modern building with their own beautiful dive pool and clean toilets/showers. All aspects of the dive are well planned, and catered for in a small group setting, in our case the two of us having our own dive guide, Herry. The dive sites, while busy, were great, with lots to see, such as Manta and we got lucky and saw Mola Mola, woohoo! We dived at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, which had great visibility. A big thanks to the Neptune team, who are very friendly and professional, and a special shout out to the amazing Herry, the Mola Mola whisperer!!

A wonderful experience! From booking to pick up, to Neptune office and then onto boat was a breeze in booking and contact to ensure we were prepared and safe. The three snorkeling site were well chosen and we saw Manta Rays (maybe 12!!) then 2 drift snorkels with our lovely guide. The water was clear and warmish. They supplied towels and wetsuits plus a delicious lunch. Very helpful and supportive crew on the boat and responsible skipper. Overall a delightful day with and great crew who made our day spectacular. Thank you Julian and crew. Jane & Nicki

Guides were very attentive and knowledgeable and high ratio of instructors to snorkelers. The drift snorkel was even better than the Manta rays. Everything provided for. Only improvement would be less waiting time to depart to the boat from the beach and why not return guests straight back to their hotels rather than make them wait in the dive centre on return.

WOW Absolutely Amazing They could not be more accommodating and professional. From pick up to drop off Equipment,boat,service You can tell the staff love there job and there company. Saw mantas sea turtles and so many different fish. Will be back next yr Thank you team xx

The waves were quite strong but the trip to Manta Point snorkeling did not disappoint with the beautiful views around. worth it to try

We were at the Café (attached to the Dive shop which is really good) and called into the Dive Shop. Ended up booking this trip and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend it. The snorkelling gear was good, the boat was good, the lunch was good and the guide (Angel) was fantastic. The ratio of guides to guests was 1:2 so anyone with any lack of confidence should feel safe. We had a really good day and will be booking with them again.

Very polite staff and experienced diving instructors. The places they took us were amazing, especially the drift snorkelling where we were in the sea world paradise, spectacular reefs, we saw turtles, dolphins and manta rays

This tour was incredible and delivered what it said it would - we saw so so many Manta rays, the guides were excellent and very helpful making sure we were within their sights at all times. Drift snorkelling was amazing , saw so much coral, colourful fish and was so relaxing and peaceful. The snorkelling, and guides I would score a 5. I have only given a 4 out of 5 as were as a group underwhelmed (not disappointed , just underwhelmed ) with the lunch and location of the lunch - trivial I know but trip advisor is asking for feedback so this is our constructive feedback . We thought we would maybe eat at one of the beaches - picnic on the beach or on a pontoon etc . We all were handed a lunchbox with either rice or noodles, like a school lunch and the boat docked in a small wharf where we were told to eat on the boat (small boat for our group only ) which was not pretty and toilets on the wharf were locked. To be fair, the tour doesnt say "eat on a beach or buffet lunch etc so their wording is not misleading , we just had thought that would occur as previous snorkelling trips we had done provide that, so it was our interpretation only and not misrepresentation) . Had Neptune tours had docking rights for one of the beaches it would have been a more pleasant lunch experience. So snorkelling and amazing guides 5/5, overall experience on the whole day 4/5.

I booked this dive school based of recommendations on Reddit r/scuba and they did not disappoint (I typically find reddit community recommendations very reliable). We traveled to Bali from Singapore specifically to do our open water diver certification as a family. Since I am parent diving with my teenage children I am extremely safety conscious and wanted industry best practices to be followed. I wanted my family to learn to enjoy this sport in the safest way possible and for my teens to understand the importance of following the guidelines an practices set by PADI and local authorities and learn to dive safely. Neptune scuba school was patient, gentle and encouraging. We had 2 instructors for our family of 4 the entire time. They were extremely patient w/ my 12 year old daughter who was often dramatic and a bit obnoxious. We took extra breaks when needed but they ensured we were all able to complete all the skills independently that are required for the open water diver certification. We had such a great experience that after completing the 3 day OW course we added on an extra day of diving and went with them to Nusa Penida. Swimming with the giant reef manta rays was definitely a top ten lifetime experience for me. We made unforgettable memories as a family and I highly recommend Neptune scuba diving for anyone interested in trying this sport, getting training, or looking for a reputable dive master.

It took us 3 days to finish the OW course with 4 dives followed by another 8 dives with Neptune Scuba Diving Club, our instructor Sia as well as dive guide Agus was so patient and professional, the whole support team also took good care of us in all details, it’s a perfect dive school and it’s also a warm family. No doubt I will introduce Neptune to my friends who want to participate OW course or just need a fun dive tour.

Diving with Neptune is my worst decision for this AOW course. I attended this course on Aug,2023 During one of the specialties- Deep Dive, other diving centers always offer the fun part for students. I specially brought egg and coke for deep diving, and got permission from the staff and manager in advance. But the instructor still did not let me do it during the dive, even there was lots of time and I was in a good condition. He just turned away right after finishing his job underwater. We are diving for fun, not robotically diving. And I think the experience is one of the most importance, and of course safety first. So let me answer again for the question from the instructor, whats the point of doing this drinking and egg thing? We dive for fun and new experiences, i just cant tell how excited when we actually see the physics happening in person. If the instructor cannot make sure the safety that other instructors 100% sure for their AOW students, Does it mean s/he just not good enough? Neptune charged almost double price than other diving center, but offer the least enjoyment for me and broke our agreement. I consider this was a lying to my face. If this is prohibited you should let me clear before the diving. This totally wasted my money and diving chances on this course. Choose Neptune, choose boring diving, you know what to choose. BTW, the receptionist was nice and helpful.

what an amazing trip: - we snorkled at three different, wonderful spots (we saw: dolphins, mantas, turtles, clownfishes and many more fishes and beautiful corals)! - the staff was very friendly, competent & safety related - the communication before the trip was very clear and good (via whatsapp) - the food (snacks and lunch: i had the fried noodles vegetarian) was super delicious - but the hole trip takes around 11 hours… ;) even better!
