Terrible company, don't use them. Booking made, shop front closed. Once I got the bike, loads of issues with batteries.

Extremely disappointed, when booking you can’t nominate which tour time , one was morning and one was afternoon. So after paying we received confirmation email and text. Neither still indicated which time. Pick up from hotel 7am to 9pm or 1pm to 3pm was all it said. Tried to contact for a couple of days but number given is not active, so sent email asking for set time. Had no luck so contacted Viator( Tripadvisor), who were fantastic. They sent company email and had no reply either. Next day , day of tour, still had no idea of pick up time and contacted Viator again, they again couldn’t contact tour operator but assured us money would be refunded if tour didn’t go ahead. We decided to go wait in hotel foyer and where there for 5 minutes and got sent a message tour was cancelled. Thank you ezy riders for wasting one of our days that we could have had a legitimate tour. Thank you to Viator staff who were great. Our money was refunded.

Peaceful, romantic, the perfect place to relax and be pampered. Great place for bike riding, paddle boarding, book reading, and of course… cocktail drinking!

Amazing knowledge of culture of local Bali and surrounds. Explanations of what everything is was amazing, good detail of vast array of local area.

The e-bike beach tour far exceeded our expectations. Not only did we get to experience some stunning scenery, great beach vibes but our guide was so knowledgeable about the local culture and customs. We learnt so much. We did the afternoon tour and experienced an amazing sunset. If you are looking for a fun activity, this is a must. The bikes are awesome and easy to ride, we stopped several times to experience a fresh coconut and towards the end a slushy from @slushisland.

X was more than a fantastic guide, he was a fantastic host We’ve been to Bali many time, but Z took are places on the bikes we’ve never seen, and also gave great history and insight into each location Definitely will do again !

So glad I found this on TripAdvisor. Big Z looked after us. Visited z couple of temples and rode from kuta to seminyak, it was hot but great fun. I would definitely recommend going early as the heat gets too much later in the day. Z took many photos and videos then sent them via WhatsApp. It's well worth the price, book it, you won't be disappointed. The e bikes are so easy to use.

This is a great day, no exertion, the bike does the work. Big Z is a great host as many people have already said. He took all the photos and videos then forwarded them to us. We went early morning before the heat of the day, I would recommend this as the beach gets a lot busier in the afternoon. This was also our first time on eBike, very easy to use.

What a experience along the coast on the bike visiting many sites the new tsunami building and court yard ,the magnificent status all carved hand made its a must do

Thank you Z for organising the 3 x eBikes as we had a fantastic time cruising the coast from Jerman Beach to Petitenget Beach and return, a total of 20km’s with plenty of spare battery power. This is the best way to travel as you can travel along the beach to get away from the street traffic. Z is very professional, and he made it easy for us by dropping and picking up the eBikes from our accommodation. We would definitely recommend Ezy Riders to anyone who wants a good and relaxing time cruising around.

Did the 2 hour trip. Was a great way to see the beach side area. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

Z was the tour guide for my uncle and me. He gave us the best experience ever. We learned so much about the local culture, had an absolute blast biking from Kuta Beach to Seminyak and back, and now we want our own eBikes 🤣

The tour sounded interesting and had good reviews. However when the bikes arrived and the tour started the 1st bike gears ran of the back cogs and was not able to be reset. This was less than 100m from the start. Then the guide changed bikes but this bike was worse. Before even mounting the front pedals free wheeled and was un able to pedal at all. This seemed to fix it self then next hill when pressure put on the pedals again free wheel which then caused other issues the bike seat collapsed causing me to fall back of the bike. This is where we stopped all up 200metres into the tour. Then when requesting a refund both trip advisor and the tour operator only offered a partial refund.

This was by far the best trip on our stay in Bali . Z was fantastic reassuring and so knowledgeable. The history of the area plus making it fun . The best way to see the beaches csn not recommend enough . Thank you . I must add through our trip we’re we’re videoed and photos Rajeev and we received an amazing videos of our day . Memories made for a life time ,

Had a really fun afternoon along the beach with the e-bikes! Z was our guide and he was very informative on all the locations we visited along the way, not to mention very friendly throughout the entire trip. He also took plenty of photos and videos for us without any prompting! Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bali. Thanks Z and crew!
