I agree with the other reviews. This is a scam. They take your online payment and then don't show up. They responded to my WA messages claiming the service had been banned. Promised to refund my money but never did.

Great service and a helpful and courteous driver. We booked this company through Jayride while in Australia and the driver was there to greet us and help us through Bali Airport.

Does this service exist anymore or something similar? Have a 80 yo travelling alone to Bali to meet us. Any info appreciated

This is a scam , there is no one at the airport to meet you and they are not answering their phone , do not book this service they will take your money and no one will be there to meet you

The fast track immigration service is now banned in Bali yet the company are selling this service. They contacted me 48 hours before departure and told me this policy had changed in the last 48 hours which was a lie. They then offer alternate services as a replacement. Have requested full refund - let’s see what happens

This service does not exist - there was no indication of this on their website and we paid and they now confirm that it does not exist. We are trying to get a refund - do not use this service as it is a scam.

This is not happening now. New regulations stop this. They not giving refunds. DON'T BOOK THIS SERVICE.

This was the first time I’d used this service. It was great!! Saved time on a late arrival and met up with my taxi driver in no time at all.

These guys are amazing , accommodating and excellent service. I highly recommend them and their service . Will use them every time when returning to Bali 🙏🏻

Please do not use this service they are very unreliable, nobody was there to meet me at the airport and it took 45 minutes to get someone there after many messages back and forth, very disappointing. Eventually when someone showed up the service was good, he was nice and we went through quickly but it was already too late. They also wound not offer a refund.

Purchased return Fast Track to ease stress negotiating airport in Bali and found it exceptional. Very fast..yes! Which is ideal when airport packed. Recommended for older or anxious people. I must admit I was worried about being ripped off but had no issues here. However, English as in other areas of Bali is an issue so keep in touch with them.

My wife requires a wheel chair which was provided. We were met at the plane by a delightful young lady who skilfully navigated our way through the immigration process. This shortened our time greatly and also helped us locate our luggage and led us to our transport.

They were horrible. They took our prepaid dollars then they failed to show up to get us through for Bali Fast Track departure Airport Service. I had previous sent a message through the customer service site, which I never got a response. Thank God I got in touch with someone from Viator that refunded my booking for 4 people. I appreciate the prompt response from Viator Customer Service to get my total refund processed.

I have read some negative reviews for this company. Here is my story. We booked for Bali in Oct 2022. We have never been to Bali and thought by getting Bali Fastrack, it would make our exit from the airport much quicker and more ennjoyable. To be honest, that is exactly what it did. Once we got off the plane, we were greeted by a gentleman holding our names. He swept us through the airport and we were out of there in about 10 minutes. We were then escorted to our car who took us to the Resort We even booked this company for our departure and they made it all a breeze. Very prompt and professional. Picked us up on time at the resort and took us through the whole departure process. Would I use them again? Definately. We have book Bali again in Oct 2023 and I will be booking their services for both arrival and departure.
