Excellent service. We were in Bali during the volcanic ash cloud period where all flights were cancelled to Australia and we had to change our booking multiple times with BaliCab because of the many flight time changes. At all times we received replies and confirmations to our changes quickly and nothing seemed to trouble them. Special thanks to Atiyah and Tu Jay (Bobby). We will definitely use BaliCab again.

My family of 4 (with kids) received excellent service from Mr Wayan Parwata. He was punctual and friendly. His car was very clean and the 1+ hour ride to the Airport was very comfortable. I would consider Bali Cab Trans again.

We booked a private transfer to the airport & the quickest direct way was by the freeway over the lake. When we asked our driver why he wasn’t using this, he replied that the toll operators for the freeway had made a recent change that drivers had to have a toll card to use & not pay cash as it had been. We got caught up in gridlocked traffic due to the recent Ramadam celebrations which closed off streets & was looking like we wouldn’t get to the airport on time & would miss our flight. He drove out & around the city & looped back onto the freeway to get us there just on time. Fantastic effort by a dedicated driver!

Driver contacted me the day prior to confirm time and location. He messaged me when he arrived at my accomodation. Transfer was as expected. Vehicle was clean and airconditioned and driver was friendly.

SCAM! Do do not book this! Noone showed up, noone texted us, even after contacting the suppliers number, noone responded.

The driver was friendly and turned up 1.5 hours early...so I guess that is good, as I didn't want to be late, but we weren't ready and had to keep him waiting. The car was fine, though it only seemed to have two gears, and we got to the airport at the time we wanted.

We have been transported from Canggu to Munduk by Ary. He was professional and drove us calm and safe. Recommanded!

It is so easy and pleasant doing business with this company. You can change your itinerary as often as you like and cancel,no questions asked. Best thing is you pay in the local currency to the driver at the end of the day. I was most firmware to have a really good driver, Jimmy. He is friendly and a wealth of knowledge.
