The best experience we could have possibly wished for! Despite it not being high tourist season they did a private tour just for the two of us making it even more romantic. The guides couldn’t do enough for us and were very interesting to talk to, teaching us a lot about the Indian caste system and Rajasthan village culture. They cooked delicious authentic food for us over the campfire and brought us chai tea in bed for sunrise. Couldn’t recommend enough!

A beautiful site, an exceptional team, kind, helpful, always making sure you get the best out of your experience, Padam and his team are wonderful. The camel safari, the food, the night under the stars, the breakfast in the desert, everything was as expected, even better. The shower kindly provided back at the hotel was appreciated. Do not forget to check the restaurant upstairs wich is a peacefully place and beautifully decorated. We stayed with them 5 years ago and this time was as great as the last. The most unforgettable experience for our family of 2 adults and 4 children (5, 7, 10, 12). We arranged everything on WhatsApp and made sure the kids could be accommodated with non spicy food. Communication was super easy and flexible. Nabu picked us up in a jeep and drove us to see a deserted fort and then to the desert where the cameleers met us with 5 camels. When we arrived at camp, Nabu was already preparing hot masala chai and dinner. We chatted with Nabu and the cameleers who pitched in to get everything ready while the kids played in the dunes. Dinner was so delicious with everything made from scratch. The kids gobbled it up and even got seconds and thirds. It got pretty cold at night but we were cozy and warm under thick blankets with clean sheets. We saw the most stars we’ve ever seen in our lives. What an amazing experience that will stay with us forever. These guys are real professionals while able to retain authentic Rajasthani hospitality.

I was at first a little hesitant about the camel riding part but in the end im glad i did it. Being in the nature under the open sky with a fire was a wonderful experience. Also you can just walk off you want. Our guide Nabu was a cool and very sympathetic person. Food was plenty and good, even a cold drink in the evening was available. Very much recommended!

A must ,Padam and his team are pure professionals , Padam Is a great Guy ,very helpful understanding and will do anything to make sure all your needs are covered. Hi honestly is the cleanest place we stayed in on our month tour of India.His restaurant also makes Good food at reasonable prices . A must the eggs Benny for breakfast.

We had an amazing trip. Everyone involved was super nice and did their job very good. Our camel ride guide, shambu, as well as the drover, nabu, were making this experience exceptioal and did everything to make us feel good and welcome. At nightthey cooked us a full meal where everything was hand made in front of our eyes and cooked on fire. Afterwards we enjoyed the best night sky I habe seen in my life while drinking a cold beer. Perfect trip, thanks to shambu and nabu!

There are a lot of companies offering Camel Safari and desert trips in Jaisalmer. We did our research and chose Wanderlust because of the amazing reviews and I’m glad we did. We were picked up in our hotel in a comfortable clean truck, our group was small just 4 in total. Our guides were very helpful and the guesthouse even let us store our luggage, take showers, and stay in the hotel when we returned even though we weren’t guests there. 5 star provider

Amazing trip, would recommend to anyone! Drivers and camel guides are all lovely and extremely knowledgeable, which makes you feel very comfortable. Had a great dinner and a cold beer while watching the sunset before looking at the most amazing stars I’ve ever seen.

The desert safari was amazing. We decided not to ride the camels, but we got offered a ride on top the jeep instead, which was a unique experience as well! Nabhu Khan Made is a warm and friendly person who made sure that we had everything we needed. The location of the sleeping spot is completely private, you are in the middle of the nature, much recommended!

I booked a tour with Padam in 2017 and had such a great experience so I came back in 2023. Me and some friends booked a full day tour (highly recommend starting in the morning!) and Padam organized everything quickly and easily. We had breakfast in town and got driven into the desert where we met Sawai with the camels. I also got to ride the same camel as 6 years ago!! We were completely alone the whole time, also at night we had our own remote spot away from anyone else. The food our guides cooked was awesome, there was plenty of drinking water and the best part was milking a goat on the way for our Masala Chai! Spending the night under the full moon was simply perfect! I would definitely recommend booking with Padam and would go again any time! Great people and very non-touristic. Thank you so much Padam!

It was a great experience staying at Thar Desert, we stayed at a private dune with other 8 tourists and the staffs of the Wanderlust Camel Safari. They drove us in a jeep and reached the camel point and had wonderful camel ride to the desert at the time of sunset, we we’re welcome with tea and snacks. The night sky with full moon and stars was amazing and we slept under watching the stars!! Amazing experience!! night we had so much of talks with staffs and the co-touristers, They prepared us a tasty dinner and a nice breakfast too, and the morning sunrise was also good to watch, it was definitely a unforgettable experience must visit once in a lifetime Thank you Wanderlust Camel Safari team for given us a wonderful camping at the dunes❤️😊
