Meet your host Muneera at her home in Jaideep Nagar, Nashik as she greets you with a warm smile which will make you feel at home immediately. You will be served with the welcome drink in the form of Lemon Jaggery Sherbat. Make yourself comfortable and get to know Muneera and her family, you can then head to the kitchen for your cooking class. Muneera will be there to guide you as you learn to make Shami kebabs. Right from making the mixture to shaping them into small patties and frying them it will all be done by you. You will also learn to make Kheema Samosas. Following this you can head to the dining area to enjoy a scrumptious meal with homechef Muneera and her family.
The menu may comprise of dishes like Egg pudding (Baked pudding with eggs and lots of dry fruits), Shami Chicken Kebab (Handmade patties with chicken mince, fried onion fresh green chillies, fresh coriander smoked and wrapped in eggs and shallow fried), Mutton Kheema samosas (Triangular shaped pattice filled with juicy mutton and deep fried till crunchy and golden brown), Hari Bhari Murg (Succulent pieces of chicken cooked in fresh coriander and mint leaves chutney, Nalli Nihari (Soft and tender pieces of mutton slow cooked with homemade masala and spices), Chicken Biryani (Flavoured cooked rice with chicken). The Meal will end with Mukhwaas which is a digestive mouth freshener of sorts.
