We booked our Kashmir tour 5 nights 6 days through Overseas Holidays. It was a memorable trip. Tour package was economical Hotels provided were good Food was very nice Houseboat was really good Shikara ride was amazing Houseboat owner was very friendly Driver was always on time and very professional Tour package was well crafted Special mention of Mr. Faisal who arranged our travel . He was in contact with us throughout our travel, very cordial and responded in a timely manner . Would definitely recommend Overseas Holidays ❤️

We visited kashmir in September and it was a family trip from cochin to kashmir for 7 days. Overseas Holidays managed our trip and it was a hassle free trip overall. Though we loved the services provided by overseas was outstanding.

I booked my tour through overseas holidays just 1 day before...I was worried about the services and all...But after arriving to Srinagar everything was upto the mark.. hotel accomodation, Food, cab ,driver all things was upto the mark.. I had a great experience with overseas holidays ,we were provided a well planned,managed,and facilitated tour with each and everything, we stayed in one of d best hotel ,and meals were awsome ,most importantly as a good assistance makes anything good or bad ,we were lucky that we found a great host cum cab driver Mr. Umar farooq ,he was a great guide ,and a well knowledgable person about each area, moreover we heard many special things about kashmiri clothes ,culture,food,vazvan,and traditions ,this made our tour very convenient,he was very well mannered and patient and jolly person ,we could rely on him in any inconvenience,so five stars for overseas holidays and d driver ,we ll visit again hopefully 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟,u made our tour a best memory about place and people

It was Worst Decision of My Life to avail Services from Overseas Holidays. Nightmare for Lifetime. We went to Kashmir In May 2023 with Family 1st Time. They made WhatsApp Group for discussion about Tour but most of the time not picked up calls not reverted on WhatsApp. We always felt like our Driver Danish is our Tour Manager & Guide. He was polite & so Helpful during entire Trip. When We reached to destination & Enco Resorts as per provided itinerary surprisingly found they haven't booked our Room so We waited for 1 Hour in Hotel Lobby then got Rooms eventually for 1 day rather than 2 days. I spoke to Mr. Kishan and eventually He managed room extension by 1 Day. After that When we went to Pahalgam again found that Sparrow Hotel is booked for only 1 day rather than 2 days as per Itinerary. Called all the Members of Overseas but no one was ready to pickup calls and revert on messages. 2nd when we start day for travel towards Pahalgam Hotel staff politely asked us to checkout. I was standing at Lobby with Luggage & Family for 2 Hours and nobody was picking calls from Overseas Team. Then Driver came to me and told that He received Call from Kishan and Hotel will be booked by Evening. In Evening We have been provided room In very small Hotel Comparison to Sparrow Hotel which we adjusted with Family. Henceforth I have decided to travel now through only reputed Travel companies only

worst experience ever. never book any package from overseas holidays. they will make u a fool and spoil your vacation. we booked the package almost 1.5 month ago and till the day of visit , they did not share us the details of hotel / houseboat where we were supposed to stay. somehow they managed to provide us the hotel which was pathetic . after too much fight we allotted another hotel which wasted a lot of our time. On the day to gulmarg, our taxi driver stopped taking our calls in the morning due to which we missed our gandola ride to second phase. on the last day to houseboat in srinagar, it was mentioned that houseboat will be at dal lake but kishan (the so called manager) asked us to take the houseboat at nageeni lake. after having an argument with him, he gave us a houseboat at dal lake which was also a bad experience. though houseboat people were good. bcoz we were good to them.. At pahalgam we were supposed to stay till lunch but our driver said that I cant stay here till lunch . get ready by 9 am in the morning else I will leave and manage to come back on your own. so the overall experience was very bad. these are just few instances which I have mentioned here.

No proper response from the agency after the payment. Provided non AC rooms. Rude behaviour from Mr.Kishan. Arrangements are not as per itinerary provided.

Such a pathetic experience with overseas, please don’t trust them, fraudulent people, misbehaves and ask for money on third day, driver has setting at different place where he tries to fool and make commission, KISHAN sir is another fraud who has no manners how to talk.They booked house for us, we were 4 and they booked for two and that was also pathetic. Staff don’t have manners at all. They didn’t even compensate and after taking money stopped responding to our calls.
