Do not use their services. I received a confirmation email from Viator and then it was radio silence. No one showed up on the day of the tour and no one has yet to respond to my emails or phone calls. This tour company feels like a scam. I am still waiting for TripAdvisor/Viator to confirm my refund. But having now read some of the other comments (which I wish I had read earlier), I encourage TripAdvisor to investigate and perhaps correct situation permanently.

A very beautiful place, well-managed, very well-organized. One must visit the place. In addition to the statue of unity, one must visit the dam which is a very serene ride

The palace is huge but a very small portion is open for visitors and the palace is not well maintained since we saw grass growing on top of the palace. It has beautiful gold course which is well maintained but visitors are not allowed to sit anywhere within the premises, just take a tour and leave.

Our storyteller was a young college kid and has done this only for 2 mths so did not have enough experience.Was nor even aware that museum and picture gallery were closed when he asked us to visit and go inside/closer to take pics. Also he did the tour in just 1 hour so clearly did not have enough material to cover for 2 hrs so highly overcharged for this tour. We booked it considering it was through Viator so would be value for money and reliable.However it seems the local tour operator used Yo Tours is just short changing and providing a sub optimal product for this price and is least bothered as even when I shared feedback did not get any call back for support.Request a refund or due compensation for this poor experience.

Don't book Yo Tours Goa !!!!!!! THEY DON'T TURN UP (WARNING - potential fraud) !! I should have known when someone else complained about the shorter tour provided by Yo Tours Goa that this was not a good sign. The tour did not even take place! I booked on Friday 19:30 for a Saturday 9am tour and received a booking confirmation and money was booked from my credit card. At 7:30am I sent an SMS to the company to confirm that I was at the Hotel, as I had not heard the promised response. I At 9am I waited in the hotel lobby, but no one turned up. At 9:45am I rang the number but got the Combox, despite the company claiming they are open from 7am on Saturdays. At 10am I received a message via TripAdvisor saying that due to my late booking they couldn't organise the Tour but would I come to the tour at the same time the next day. I agreed and repeated the same on Sunday ... no one turned up at 9am, I repeatedly called as did the wonderful staff at Hyatt hotel and we only got Combox (despite claiming to be open from 7am Sundays too!). The staff at the Hyatt were concerned that this is a FRAUD company and so I wrote a direct message via Trip advisor saying that I was considering this fraud and had alerted my credit card company to the same. Only then did I get a message saying that due to rain (??what rain) they could not run the tour. I am so annoyed at the waster time (Saturday) and the extra effort on Sunday to then do the tour on my own with a driver. But Vadodara is a wonderful place and the Gujarati people so friendly, welcoming and nice that I had a splendid time despite the Yo Tours Goa failing, and visited all the places on the tour myself. I advise getting a good driver from the Hyatt hotel.

Statue of Unity. Trip was excellent. A well managed site and must be visited by all. We will visit again with our family group.

If you want this experience...use a different tour company!!! I paid for this tour: Day Trip to Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park (Guided Full Day Tour by Car). My tour was supposed to include this: Stop At: Vadodara, Vadodara, Vadodara District, Gujarat Duration: 2 hours Stop At: Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, Pavagadh India Duration: 4 hours Stop At: Kalika Mata Temple, Pavagadh Hill, Pavagadh India Duration: 1 hour Pass By: Jami Masjid, Panchmahal, Champaner India Pass By: Helical Step Well, Champaner India Instead of starting at 9 am as my ticket stated, my driver picked me up at 10:20 am. We then proceeded to drive to two different hotels (one was the wrong one) to pick up a second passenger for the tour. We didn't leave the second hotel pick up till 11:20 am. Then, we didn't stop anywhere in Baroda as the itinerary suggested. We did go to Champaner at that point and visited Jami Masjid. Then, we went to Khajuri Masjid and back to the Sahar ki Masjid. We did not go to Kalika Mata nor did we pass by the Hellical Step Well. Thus, there were three parts of this tour that we didn't even do. Plus, my tour guide had to spend most of the time during the trip on the phone helping the other person on the tour exchange money. When we were on tour in Champaner, my tour guide Rupali was very nice and knowledgeable. Our trip was over before 4pm. That means, from pick up to drop off, we were gone less than 6 hours and saw only two of the five sites listed in the tour itinerary.
