Extremely bad experience. Trip was cancelled without any communication or update. After 10 calling attempts 30 min before departure the agent explained me that he was not paid by TripAdvisor/Viator. Never again! There are better more reliable booking tools.

The guy didn't show up and didn't get in touch with us. We got in touch the night before but he didn't reply. He got in touch in the morning and he didn't reply, only 5min after the supposed pick up they he answered us and said everything was cancelled. Very very disappointing! Do not book with this Operator.

They don t pick us from hotel, they did not answer on the phone or messages After 2 hours i receive an email that they refund us They are not serious

Don’t book this company - they don’t even turn up! First they tried to cancel because of bad weather even though it was great weather. I managed to transfer it to another date but they didn’t turn up.

Driver has not shown up, wrong contact information on the site waited for an hour to be picked up. Not happy, do not go with this guide! if money is not fully refunded we will rake further action

They didn’t even turn up, no contact on the day or day prior waited over two hours submitted a refund request and the clown gives me a pound back do not travel with this scam company going to a dispute with my bank for this clown

A full on day with so many different activities. The guides were great and very attentive. They made it fun and looked after us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip to others.

Safari was great. Our guy that took us across the desert was lonely. Gave a good tip. People running the show tried to scam us and charge us more in taxes. Sat for a while until the tour operator told them to stop. Beware. But scenery was amazing and trip was really fun. Kids loved it.

If you are lucky enough to have 'Black Banana' then you are in good hands! Ahmed and his team structured an action packed adventure from start to finish and created fond memories to cherish, thank you highly recommend!

Amazing experience, very organised from start to finish. For the quad bike so much fun would recommend bringing a scarf so you don’t have to buy one there. Didn’t have much fun in the dune buggy but due to a faulty car but they tried their best. Then the trip to a local village for a camel ride and tour which was really fun. Then to finish the day with good food and a show. Very fun from start to finish. Mak was also a great tour guide, very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
