Booked this trip for 10:30, 15mins flight time was advertised. A few days before I get a message saying they open at 11:30 and my trip time was changed to then. When I enquired about the flight time, they said its 7 mins which is the new "safety rule". Rather than dealing with the hassle of cancelling and looking elsewhere I proceeded with the booking. A day before the trip I get a message saying they now open at 12pm and my trip time was changed to than. I wanted to avoid flying at midday heat hence the 10:30 booking. On the day the actual flight time was 4mins!!!!! I found this to be very unprofessional and didn't get what I paid for. 1 start is being generous

Never go to this hotel horrible experience very rude manager dirty food .very bed reception staff not clean

Lovely experience. The kids enjoyed soooo much. They fed the animals. Saw the divers feed the sharks. Extremely well taken care of and maintained. Excellent!!

So we got on the bus at 12:20am!! The journey was long with one stop over. Finally arrived in Luxor at 8:35am. Our guide Yola was waiting for us and we proceeded to visit the temples. They are every bit as impressive as you picture them to be. Very tall and inspiring. Also going down into the temples wasn’t as difficult as Giza. Lot more roomier and less congested. However there are local security at various points who expect you to tip and given they saw our guide had given us free time we were pounced upon and shown these ‘secret’ places which meant we had to give some baakshee in return with some free grumbling thrown in. A word of caution toilets are really bad and smell foul. There is no toilet roll or soap... we also visited a local albasator place and a perfume place. Finally got the bus back but since we tried to get an earlier one, this was the local bus which not only drove dangerously but stopped every hour. So we finally after boarding the bus at 8pm arrived back at 6am! Tired but wonderful memories. Thanks to Yola and OceanAir Travels.
