Day1: Explore the must-see temples including,
Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon temple, Hidden temple of Ta Nei and Tomb Raider/Ta Prohm temple. First stop is at a 12th century temple of Angkor Wat considered as the largest religious temple in the world. Back in the air-conditioned vehicle and continue to Angkor Thom and Bayon temple. After a lunch break at the local restaurant, explore the famous tree-covered temple of Ta Prohm/Tomb Raider and Ta Nei hidden the jungle.
Day2: Take a drive further through the countryside to
Kulen National park where was the birthplace of Angkor civilizations 1000 years ago. Climb the Buddhist temple to see a massive
Reclining Buddha carved on one block of sandstone in the 16th century. Finally, swim in the supper cold holy
waterfall.
Day3: Today is ideal as you are going to take a boat ride along the river to
Kompong Phluk village on the great Tonle Sap lake. In the afternoon, visit the
Royal Residence in Siem Reap,
Royal Garden and
Artisan Angkor Workshop.
